Smart modern design and facilities, great central location near brilliant restaurants and cafes, staff friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and well-equipped, cleaning staff were brilliant and looked after roomsreally well.

Smart modern design of room looked great but had annoying lack of practicality. For example, wonderful huge rain shower, but impossible to use anti-slip floor mat without stopping door from opening. And shower was separate from bathroom and next to room entrance - so floor got wet and slippy. Sink in bathroom was uber modern marble design, but toothpaste (and worse) floated around in sink after brushing teeth and couldn’t be easily washed away. Plug sockets in room (e.g. for charging phone) were few and in really awkward locations, e.g at ground level near entrance door. Light switches were bizarre one touch delayed response action, very odd.

Perfect location, and everything was new. The breakfast was rich and tasty, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was included, such as bathroom essentials and bathrobes. I’d love to stay here again if I visit Perugia in the future. We had a pleasant stay.

There were some stains on the pillowcases. The Bank Hotel offers different types of rooms, but the pictures provided aren't helpful in showing which specific room you're choosing, as the same set of pictures appears for each room type. Since the hotel is new, it looked like the entrance hall was still under construction.

The Bank hotel (Dependance) is an hotel associated to the Locanda Della Posta hotel, a well know institution dating from 1786 that counted numerous famous characters in between its guests. Both buildings are located on Corso Vannucci being the Bank hotel in a building that used to be a bank. The registration for the Bank hotel must be done at the Locanda where you also will have your breakfast in a really nice room (the breakfast is very good). Regarding the Bank hotel, after crossing an imposing door you access an area -with a couch and some potted plants- that does not have a reception. After this "lobby" you find a long corridor (with its walls/ceiling covered with a cloth) that leads to a brand new elevator. After leaving this rather alarming area (you start to guess what sort of lodging you are getting into) and a short elevator ride you arrive to the floor (2nd or 4rd) where the rooms are located and everything changes. After stepping out the elevator, you access a corridor with walls covered in marble and artwork. After crossing the entrance door to your room you find a modern and well appointed spacious room with the usual "trimmings" you expect in a good hotel such as nice sheets, an excellent mattress, soft towels, a large bathroom, abundant hot water and views over Corso Vannucci. Our room was very quiet, with AC, a safe and an small frigobar. Main attractions are located very near the hotel as well as coffee places, restaurants and shopping areas. In short, if you do not mind the Bank hotel entrance and walking across the street for breakfast you can not go wrong with this hotel.

The lack of reception and the area leading to the elevator

Absolutely everything about this hotel is perfection. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My room faced the Main Street, so could get noise even with the windows and shutters closed, so bring ear plugs with you as I struggled to sleep. It doesn’t take away from the experience though. Perugia is exceptionally beautiful and the reception staff were brilliant. They took my bags to my room for me. Room was huge with everything I needed and cleaned to a high standard daily. Construction work doesn’t affect the stay and everything is very tastefully covered and cleaned, so communal areas aren’t dirty and dusty due to the work I will definitely be back to Perugia and will only ever stay at this hotel now

I liked everything. No complaints.

The location is perfect .. in the center of perugia. The room is spacious and super clean, and yes! You have air conditioning that work, because let me tell you that in italy even if they mention air conditioning most of the time is not working because they control the temperature from the front desk.

Because you are in the center of the town . They have concert every night and people stay up up to 3 a.m., screaming and laughing. The rooms are soundproof, but you can still ear . He doesn't bother me, but for some of you, he may be an issue. Every morning, I left 2 to 3 euros on the bed for the cleaner to show some appreciation. You get 2 bottles of water every day, but on my last day no water, and they also take my bathrobe alway. Very decipointe. Another issue is the parking . 25 euro every night and the parking is very far away from the hotel. On my last day I had to leave a 3am to get to my car, the parking is open 24 hours but the stairs that take there are shitt down at 1: 45 am. So I have to work forever with 2 suitcases on a pave street and I was a little afraid...

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when our car broke down. They went above and beyond to assist us, which we greatly appreciated. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. There was a charming booklet about the local area and the hotel itself, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was very quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. Thank you very much for the excellent service!

However, the room was a bit noisy as a lot of sound from outside could be heard inside. Despite this, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep.

Location, cleans and tidy, staff are kind

This is my third time to stay this hotel. I stayed for a few days for the first time, and I got more amenities; slippers, body cream, and do on. I stayed for one night for second and third time. The amenities are minimum; no slippers and no body lotion. I continue to stay this hotel because they have good amenities but they don’t provide enough amenities anymore. It’s getting disappointing, less satisfied..

Fantastic central location with secure parking nearby aided by incredibly helpful reception staff, superior room in building opposite spacious and comfortable but local law meant that heating was not available in early October but this was not fault of hotel who provided back up electric heating. Very good breakfast with fresh local products and genuine orange juice

Nothing, would book again with most helpful reception staff making booking and car parking stress free

Great location in the centre. Amazing shower. Very comfortable bed & great bed linen. Had the best night’s sleep here. Although noise from the square, the windows blocked out the majority of this. Huge room. Really good breakfast. Although the hotel has unfinished works this didn’t impact on our stay. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Perugia and would highly recommend.

The room was amazing, and the staff were friendly when we met them in person (though not as much over the phone). We were upgraded, and the room was really nice—modern, with a spacious shower and excellent comfort. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Still under construction, entrance etc. Nothing we got disturbed by though. Check-In across the street - but they help you with the luggage so all good.
