One of my favorite hotel stays in Italy. The staff were so nice. Hotel was charming and on a quiet street in the city center. Room was large and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Daily breakfast included yoghurt, salami, rolls, cornflakes, pastry, hardboiled eggs, juice and coffee. I don't have any cons but travelers should know: The entire hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building with no elevator. Also the bathrooms are a tight squeeze because you're in the historic city center.

Albergo Anna is located in the picturesque old town of Perugia, and given the steep climb up from the railway station, the only way to reach it is by taking the MiniMetro and then the escalators (unless your budget extends to getting a taxi). But once there, it is a convenient location from which to reach all the sights. The albergo is old, but that is part of the appeal, however don't expect mod-cons everywhere. Cesare, who does a lot of the work, was very helpful.

WiFi didn't reach my room, and was only available in the common area.

Perfect location in the old town of Perugia, accessible via escalator directly from the parking lot. Tip, use the parking lot after the first escalator as this one only goes up. The hotel itself is lovely. On the third floor (no elevator!) in an old house beautifully decorated.

I was born in Perugia, so I know Italian Culture and the antique style and history of the city, so there is nothing to complain about the building. If tourists prefers something modern they should book outside the city. Albergo Anna got everything I needed, Madam Katia was excellent and very friendly, the room very clean. The position is the best to visit the heart of this beautiful city. Thank you so much for having me🥰 I ll be back for sure 😊

It was located in part of an old palazzo. Very world charm . With beautiful frescoes on the walls and ceilings. Just simply quaint old world charm . I would definitely stay here again

I liked everything about it and the hostess though she didn’t speak English was very sweet and accommodating and helpful

The house is absolutely beautiful. You feel like you have escaped to a home from history. The living room is open to guests and very homely. The view is very special - right night to the church. It’s all very special

The location is amazing! In the center of the medival City Perugia. The rooms are also in that style, with an amazing ceiling. The owner is super nice and the staff is talkative and very helpful. Breakfast was simple, tasty and covering all needs and likes. Everything was prepared with utmost care. The bathroom is small.

The internet was just working at the door, not in the rest of the room.

Perfect location in the city centre. They even sent us direction how to reach the accommodation. Breakfast was very abundant with bread, pastries, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Room was very clean and towels were changed everyday. everything is decorated in vintage rustic style and was lovely lit for the holidays.

Can't complain. Stairs were not as bad as I imagined them to be. Wide and not high, so not difficult to go up lifting baggage in both hands

lovely staff. Called taxi for us and when we said we needed to pay in cash which we did not have she lent it to us. Also a fun little student eating place 50 yards down the hill. very good value

there were more steps up to the room than i had expected. Hard with a big suitcase but kind staff helped carry it down

The hotel is a historical home, with incredible cure for the decoration and the furniture.

The hotel is an adaptation of a personal home in a historical residential building, and the owners seem to be living there together with guests. This is not a problem, but maybe not every guest's preference.
