Corte Viva is a wonderful, updated farmhouse with all of the amenities. Federico did a great job with the restoration, and has a gorgeous collection of old and new furnishings & art. It was a delight to stay there. The sun room area for breakfast was very enjoyable and complemented an excellent breakfast. The location is close to both Perugia and Assisi. Federico is a super host, very informative and helpful with suggestions of places to visit other than the most obvious attractions in the area - even suggesting a hot spring spa for us on our way to Siena. Brava!

Not one thing.

The property is so beautiful! Everything was super clean and our room had a little balcony that got a lot of sunshine and had a nice view. The breakfast was also lovely and great value for money.

The location. This is definitely more our fault for not checking properly but it’s definitely a place you need a car for to get anywhere. The nearest restaurant was a fifteen minute walk down a road with no pavement. It’s also a shame the swimming pool was being cleaned when we were there (not the owners fault, it had just been raining and I was happy to see it was being cleaned)!

This lovely boutique B&B was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and the hosts were lovely. They did not speak any English (we used google translate) which was no problem, as there son was on holiday at the time who usually manages the B&B. The breakfast was amazing with homemade cakes every morning as well as croissants, meat, cheese, bread, fruit etc.The gardens were lovely to chill in with a swimming pool and jacuzzi after a day visiting the surrounding areas of Perugia and Assisa. We highly recommend this place, we are hoping in the future to return. Paula, Jonathan and Alex

The peace and quiet of the location. Everything about the accommodation was excellent with the exception of my comments below. All of the staff were brilliant and I loved the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Easy to access main roads.

There wasn't a safe in our room and the balcony was not at all private. The room could have benefited from having shelving near the sockets.

Very quiet location near the airport. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Friendly service and lovely breakfast with fresh figs picked from the trees in the garden. Perfect for the overnight stay we required.

It's a fantastic place to stay and visit Perugia and the area of Umbria. The B&B feels like a 4 star hotel. It's quite new and the interior design is simply awesome. Moreover, you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast and a lovely garden. The owner were so sweet and helpful. We can absolutely recommend a stay here.

We stayed in the Jazz suite and it was excellent. In a quite and comfortable area, surrounded by nature.Very great location, steps away from the main attractions. Easy check-in and check-out.

Everything was absolutely great.

What a beautiful home and Frederico was the most wonderful host. Don’t be fooled into using this spot as just a one time stay over before a flight from Perugia (our mistake!) it’s the perfect home to relax and access the many places nearby. The garden is the perfect place to relax with a book, so quiet and peaceful and we were made the most delicious afternoon spritz. we will be back - Grazie Frederico!

Stylish decor, tastefully furnished, beautiful landscaped garden, distant views of Assisi. Great breakfast as well with homemade cakes and fresh products. We had the junior suite which was much bigger than expected.

A bit distant from Perugia city Centre; otherwise perfect.

Welcoming despite our late arrival. Quirky art work. Spacious room accommodating 3 adults well. Great shower. Continental breakfast with fresh products. Great coffee.

We have no negative comments about our stay here. All lovely. Just a note re taxi. The taxi called by hotel to return to airport was twice the cost of the one we took to get there the previous evening. ? They charged us 30 euros for the 10 min journey. it came fromPerugia instead of local. So keep the number of taxi company on board outside airport as you have to call your own from there. It was 15 euros from airport to hotel. 10mins journey.
