The hotel is quite old, but clean and cosy. Air conditioning is efficient (we were here in the middle of summer), beds are big and comfortable. Location is very convenient - good connection to main roads and Perugia, also there is a railway station just behind the hotel (no train noise disturbing). Tasty breakfast, pleasant staff (unfortunately nobody speaks English). What's most important - this is the best place for this price, I expected less than I got.

English-speaking staff would be an advantage. Towels was... weird and unefficient (I needed my own one to dry off). Walls are thin, it was easy to hear other guests' voices.

The closest hotel near Ponte San Giovanni from where we traveled to Perugia, Assisi Spello, Spoleto, Narni, Orvieto and much more. No need to hire a car. It is a family run hotel a bit old but clean , which are gentle and helpfull.

Amazing staff, and Gto my surprise they had hluten free pastries for breakfast! Awesome coffee bar and the tooms were very clean.

Far from the town center but close to the train station. The road noise was a little loud in the morning.

We spent only one night here. Although the hotel is quite dated, everything works just fine. The breakfast in the morning is very rich with croissants, jams, yogurt and many more things. The staff is very nice and welcoming. It’s very close to Perugia, therefore it is a good and cheap option when wanting to visit this city.

I stayed for three nights and they never cleaned my room, they didn't pick up the trash and they didn't make the bed. It honestly looks like a hostel. Very poor breakfast.
