The location was great! Just outside the hotel there is an escalator that takes you into the Rocca Paolina and from there to Piazza Italia, so reaching Perugia city centre was really easy. The bus station is just down the road, and the train station is easily reached via the Minimetro'. Our top floor room had a lovely terrace! A typical Italian breakfast was served in our room every morning, and we really enjoyed having it on the terrace. The staff were helpful and friendly.

There is no lift, so you have to be ready to climb stairs. Getting hold of a taxi to get to the airport took time.

The staff were brilliant as we couldn't speak any Italian. They laughed with us and were very helpful. We stayed in the room with the balcony and sat and ate delicious croissants, coffee and orange juice. When we left the delightful Italian gentleman supplied us with fruit. For a two star hotel, when you don't expect much, it was far above our expectations so well done to all the staff. Excellent location too with escalators up to the main area.

Amazing views for our terrace . We got some wonderful top room lovely breakfast in the room consist of very delicious croissant coffe and juice . Conveniently located beneath Rocca Paulina , like 3 min walk . It’s very basic but clean hotel Everyone was nice and Perugia is amazing place to visit Pro Bonus - go buy your needs from Coop supermarket at the center Eat at restaurant la Taverna food is incredible and service like royalty

I had a wonderful stay overall. The location is absolutely perfect convenient, central, and ideal for exploring the area. Most of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, especially the Japanese gentleman, and the housekeeper, who all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their hospitality truly stood out and made a positive impression, the overall experience was excellent. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Rosalba. The location is excellent and right across the street from Rocca Paolina, which makes it really convenient for accessing the historic centre. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.

I do not have any major complaints. The basement rooms do not offer a view so it is worth asking for a room on a higher floor if that matters to you.

Our host was kind, friendly and considerate. The location was ideal, part way between bus or train stations and the city centre. The square was quiet and free of traffic. The view from our room was spectacular.

There was nothing to dislike, there is no lift, but our host insisted on helping with our luggage up to our 3rd floor room.

Warm and welcoming host, well-furnished (not modern but good quality and functional) and spacious room, great location (not in but very close to the city centre), breakfast included

Noise from streets and guests upstairs might be a bother for light sleepers, shower is very tiny and the drainage not good, the room could do with some general maintenance

Very central and easy to get to from the bus terminal (where the airport bus stops) and very easy to walk up to the old town through the ancient fortress walls. Very clean and comfortable room with lots of hot water.

There was a festival in the old town with loud band music until midnight The accommodation is basic but very clean and comfortable

I was able to check in early. I had planned to stop by and drop off a few things before exploring the city but instead, I just did the whole check in. The shower was much larger than the usual ones I find in Italy. The A/C worked great and the in-room coffee/tea was fabulous.
