I really liked the manners of the staff and the fact that they were present 24/7. The cleanliness was top notch, with a daily change of linen and a daily cleaning of the room. The whole place was spotless. The area is a quiet spot, with easy access to all types of transport, especially buses and trains. The minimetro to the train station and the main bus station are 10 minutes' walk away. The surrounding restaurants and cafe's make it an ideal spot to start off and end the day. Very noisy - could hear conversations in the next room , floor above, and in the garden at the same time. Feels like you are staying at a loud family’s house rather than hotel. Didn’t take the bin out of the room every day, this was nasty Drain was clogged as well for half of my stay. First 2 nights the water wouldn’t drain

The property was perfectly located within 10 minutes of the historic center by foot. The rooms are a decent size with amazing views of the valley (especially if you snag the terrace room!). The staff is so sweet and super helpful with any questions you might have about Perugia.

The walls are pretty thin so you can hear most noises from your neighbors especially early in the morning. You’ll also notice bugs in the bathroom if you leave the window open.

A very cozy hotel in the historic center of Perugia. Quiet, cozy, rustic in the good way, clean. The staff is very friendly, I got some pointers when I first arrived. I cannot pronounce myself on the breakfast, but I think it's a tasty simple Italian croissant-and-coffee combo. There's a charming backyard, rooms are quiet. All in all, very pleasant.

Within walking distance of anything of note in Perugia. The terrace is a pleasant place to enjoy the very basic breakfast. With the sheets closed the room is nice and dark with only the TV sleep light for distraction.

No option for a more substantial breakfast. I goes it’s a problem in pretty much all of Perugia, but parking options are pretty limited with nothing at the property (it’s up a narrow little alley).

The property is a simple and quaint family-run hotel. Very personable hosts made for a pleasant stay. Location is great and walking distance to historic center. Safe neighborhood. They also provide a parking pass for parking nearby. Pretty and well-maintained outdoor terrace for guests to use for breakfast or other. Coffee and croissant breakfast may be ordered the day before for a few euros.

Super basic budget hotel for those who spend their time out & about in Perugia & Umbria. Great staff; Very good Air-Con & Wifi. Good value - my single room was €50 per night in June. 10 mins walk to heart of Perugia, 5 mins to bus station which is best way to reach Assisi & Gubbio.

Bathroom cramped

The window in our room was a beautiful view of the city below us. The outdoor patio was very pretty and relaxing. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The shower in our room was quite small and was enclosed by a shower curtain. Using it took some getting used to!

The location is perfect. You can reach every point of the city easily. Even though it has no parking facility they help you to guide for the free parking. Hotel has very kind and helpful staff. They are ready to answer whenever you need help or ask any questions. Rooms are quite and comfortable. I stayed there with my son for his enrollment and the most important thing is that they were very enthusiastic to help about the my question regarding official issues like where it is, where I should go for this,.. etc. Thank you Hotel Signa for your kindness.

The accommodation was great, for breakfast you could buy a croissant and a hot drink for €3. But it is necessary to say a day in advance. If a normal classic breakfast was also an option, then the hotel has nothing to complain about. The location of the hotel is approx. 5 minutes from the historic center. You can park on the street below the hotel or a little further. There is a cafe opposite the hotel. Food is also a piece. The hotel staff was simply amazing. Dear people.

Maybe it's just that the hotel is older and the overall design of the rooms is the same. A slightly bigger bathroom would be great.
