I liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I got to change the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there. Breakfast was good, variable, eggs, different salami and cheese, bread also, really good breakfast. Wifi was good also. The pool was small but it was nice to stay there a little and take a bath because it was not possible to take a bath in the lake due bad water. Only on some places around the lake was possible to swim, but anyway one local said to me to not take a bath there, if I want not to be sick. Pity, it would be nice but, the pool was OK.

Breakfast was minimal.

The rooms facing the lake have a splendid view, especially at sunset. The hotel is conveniently located on the town's main street and has a discreet parking lot. Breakfast was good (except on the first day when they ran out of bread).

The rooms are quite spacious but lack a number of facilities which are essential such as charging points. A minor investment in replacing the current sockets with one which also have USB ports will do the trick. I cannot understand why one needs to buy a cap to go to the pool,

The location is perfect for restaurants, bars and access to the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and went over and above for us. We needed to check out before breakfast on our final day and the hotel brought the time of breakfast forward for us and even made fresh pastries for us. We happened to be there during a local boat race which was loud but this made our stay better because we got to see the friendliness and welcoming locals.

Private gated parking was great. Staff very nice, spoke good English and set me up with a reservation at their restaurant on the waterfront. Nice area to walk with several bars and gelaterias.

Even though my room was on the 4th floor I heard everything from the street but during the night it was calm so no problem with sleep anyway. Weird thing was that the towels released lint like crazy and the small ones were more like curtains in fabric and print.

The staff were really helpful and nice. The location was perfect, on the lake and right next to the ferry port to take you to the islands. They have a restaurant on the lake which has a very pretty view of the lake and the food was really good.

It could have been cleaner.

location, service, room quality and cleanliness. staff were were very helpful. location is perfect with easy rail access, and everything close. and on the shores of an inland lake. were it not for the wedding we attended in the area we would never have selected visiting this location. but it turned out to be an easy base to visit all sorts, like Firenze, with also plenty within the local area easily accessible. since it caters to many local tourists it was very authentically Italian.

The location and view were amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And, the on-site parking was convenient.

The decor was a bit old and dated. The balcony (and every other balcony we could see) was absolutely covered in bird poop that looks like hadn't been cleaned in days.

The location is perfectly central and scenic. The room exactly as advertised. I have bad back, my husband is tall. I put in requests for bed to suit us both. Delighted to report. We had large bed with great mattress. The breakfast was typically italian - delicious and filling. Their restaurant beside the hotel was classy and food delicious. All staff friendly, accommodating, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

If I had to pick something, maybe the shower door entrance could be little wider, but I loved the walk in. No stepping in to a tub. Showerhead adjustable so no over reaching. Really no complaints.

The position of the hotel is unbeatable and the staff were polite, friendly and very good at their jobs. The breakfast is a buffet affair with a very good selection that reflects the hotel's international clients, there is something for all tastes. A large secure free car park is available. I didn't use it but there is also a stunning pool!

Everything works and everything is immaculately clean, but the hotel is a bit dated. Not really a bad thing if you like and appreciate older styles but some people like modern, new looks that this doesn't have.
