Well, this is our 4th time at the property, so obviously we like it enough to keep coming back. Love the balcony overlooking the lake where we spend mornings reading. Breakfast needs a little work. New coffee machine that wasn’t up to snuff—but they’ll make you coffee from the machine in the lobby. Very comfortable. Good cotton sheets. Did I mention the fabulous view? And several good restaurants within an easy walk. Bathrooms and rooms have been renovated, but little things did fall apart. (But we’re fixed). And love that there’s a pool big enough for laps.

Breakfast could be better. Would like more fresh fruit, better coffee (I think it was the milk in the machine, coffee was fine), and a whole wheat or whole gram bread offered every day. The bread they did offer a couple days was very good. And the rolls were very fresh. Good cheeses.

I liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I got to change the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there. Breakfast was good, variable, eggs, different salami and cheese, bread also, really good breakfast. Wifi was good also. The pool was small but it was nice to stay there a little and take a bath because it was not possible to take a bath in the lake due bad water. Only on some places around the lake was possible to swim, but anyway one local said to me to not take a bath there, if I want not to be sick. Pity, it would be nice but, the pool was OK.

Perfect position on lake front in centre of town, next to ferry & with free private car park. Breakfast room was nice. Our corner room on top floor facing lake & with balcony was very nice, bright & light & bathroom had great view of Centro Storico. Staff all nice & we are able to check in early because our room was ready. We only stayed one night but wish we’d booked for two as it’s a good base for exploring & plenty of restaurants to try in the town without needing to drive anywhere.

The room had a balcony and lake view, which was delightful. It was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. We appreciated the hotel's private carpark.

The breakfast choices were not very wide, and we were surprised that, despite asking, there was no bread.

Lovely friendly staff, very helpful. Good breakfast and fantastic location in the centre of the town and right by the lake.

The pool area is adjacent to the hotel with public walkways all around it. This combined with low hedging means the area lacks privacy from the general public.

The rooms facing the lake have a splendid view, especially at sunset. The hotel is conveniently located on the town's main street and has a discreet parking lot. Breakfast was good (except on the first day when they ran out of bread).

The rooms are quite spacious but lack a number of facilities which are essential such as charging points. A minor investment in replacing the current sockets with one which also have USB ports will do the trick. I cannot understand why one needs to buy a cap to go to the pool,

The location is perfect for restaurants, bars and access to the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and went over and above for us. We needed to check out before breakfast on our final day and the hotel brought the time of breakfast forward for us and even made fresh pastries for us. We happened to be there during a local boat race which was loud but this made our stay better because we got to see the friendliness and welcoming locals.

Private gated parking was great. Staff very nice, spoke good English and set me up with a reservation at their restaurant on the waterfront. Nice area to walk with several bars and gelaterias.

Even though my room was on the 4th floor I heard everything from the street but during the night it was calm so no problem with sleep anyway. Weird thing was that the towels released lint like crazy and the small ones were more like curtains in fabric and print.

All.... location in town, breakfast was definitely okay, and the view of the lake was great.

Shower, specifically water temperature could be improved. It was constantly changing from too hot to ice cold, throughout the entire shower.
