This property is located up a hill so affords the visitor wonderful views over the lake. Roberto, the owner, was most welcoming and helpful. The apartment is furnished in typical farm style, comfortable with mostly everything needed. The gardens are beautifully manicured and pool is sparkling clean. It is located a short 10 minute drive into Passignano and all the restaurants and shops. It was always a delight to return to the quiet of the farmstay after a busy day touring.

Very little to dislike about this property. The bed was not to our liking as too firm (but may suit other visitors). The short road leading to the property needs grading as quite rough for our small rental car.

This place is absolutely incredible. It is a 8 minute drive from pasigango sul trasimeno. The place itself is very clean, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook.in addition, Roberto, the owner, is "one of the good guys". He helped us in a medical situation with our daughter and also recommended on a good restaurant to eat at, and also book it. The pool is great, and the view... Is breathtaking

Extraordinary location. You have nice place, quiet to stay and have good rest...or you can organize every day nice trips to historical cities...Assisi, Arezzo, Perugia...or around a Trasimeno Lake. Also Roberto and his brother are really nice persons everymoment prepare to help you...Really thank You Roberto...

Airconditionning can be in all apartment, not only in bedroom...but no big problém...

Great location, on top of a hill facing the lake, very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Enjoybale and good-sized pool. The apartments were super clean and well equipped. Lovely furniture in style with the location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely very quiet place. A little remote but so quiet and yet close to main amenities. I recommend for those who have a car few minutes drive to main shopping, restaurants and lake and highway. Very conveniently located and Roberto is so helpful

Stunning location, superb pool area

Location was beautiful, quiet, very well appointed, air conditioning was cool, very spacious 2 bedroom for a family of 4. Swimming pool good size, clean and ample space for all. Extremely helpful owner to ensure to your needs, even went out to buy an adapter for us, amazing.
