I cannot fault my stay at The Park Hotel – everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The hosts are genuinely welcoming, and nothing is ever too much trouble. It’s clear this is a proud family-run business, and the care and attention they give to their guests really sets it apart. We didn’t just feel like visitors – we felt like part of the family. The rooms were fantastic: spotlessly clean, with great air conditioning that kept us comfortable throughout our stay. They were cleaned daily to a very high standard, and it was lovely to have basic cooking facilities too, which made our trip extra convenient. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The pool area was another highlight – beautifully kept, refreshing, and the perfect place to relax. Whether for a quick dip to cool off or a lazy afternoon by the water, it added so much enjoyment to our time here. We also loved that we could hire electric bikes directly from the hotel. It made exploring the lakes and surrounding areas so easy and enjoyable – a fantastic way to see more of the beautiful scenery without any stress. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and had a kitchenette, which was useful as we were on bicycles and the nearest restaurant was 2km away. There was a supermarket 5 minute walk away. There was a pool which was lovely and had plenty of seats or beds. The beds were comfy and had a balcony off the bedroom, and the bathroom was clean and a good size. Breakfast was good a normal continental but with lots of cakes

The floor in the bathroom is very slippy when wet. Please make sure you have a towel down before stepping out of shower.

The place was so lovely and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it was just such a lovely place to stay. There was a shop 2 minutes walk away with a great selection of food and the nearest town was a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride. There is a path down to the town so you avoid walking on main roads. It just couldn't have been more of a perfect place, I would definitely return with the kids. Great value for money too.

My one complaint was the mattress, as it was too firm for me and a little uncomfortable

Absolutely lovely hotel with nice and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and good breakfast. We loved the pool and the garden. There is a supermarket just a few minutes walk from the hotel and a train station in a walking distance as well. It is a good location if you want to visit some Umbria and Tuscany - the area is absolutely beautiful with lots of old buildings and great nature.

There were no glasses/cups in the room which would be useful.

Francesca greeted us and was helpful and friendly, her English is excellent. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable, there is a small equipped kitchen and sitting area with a separate bedroom and bathroom. Walking distance to the supermarket. Breakfast was great, homemade apple strudel was a bonus. The staff especially Francesca were very friendly and helpful. Francesca will book taxis for you and is very good at recommending places to visit. All in all we had a wonderful stay, our visit was to go to a wedding at Villa Baroncino.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff were lovely and could not do enough to help. The air con was good, the rooms had everything you needed and with a supermarket a few doors down and a catering van coming everyday to the lay-by across the road you are sorted. Breakfast was lovely. The pool clean and a very welcomed addition which we happily sat around in our down time. This place is a gem we would certainly come back to.

The walk from the train station along the main road was dangerous with no kerb in some places. When we got to the hotel they told us if we had rung them they would have picked us up but we were not aware of that which was a shame.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice pool with sun beds. Very friendly and attentive staff, with a tasty breakfast included. Parking at the hotel was easy making Perugia and Passignano very accessible. Apartments included a little kitchen which is a great option for making food when you don’t want to have to always eat out.

Location is very good if using a vehicle, or happy to have taxi services. Not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but that’s not actually a problem.

Gorgeous little apartment, perfect for what we needed. Staff were so lovely, and the location was great. Apartment was spacious, clean and has a lovely little balcony.

It was clean and cosy, the staff was super friendly and even offered us free breakfast, Recommended places for us to visit, was very helpful with anything. You can rent electric bikes for a very good price for enjoying Tuscany. It is near the nice small city called Pasignano sul Trasimeno and 10 mins drive away from Castiglione del Lago.

The only negative thing would be that the whole property is near the highways and roads, so the noise of the car is constant.

Staff very help full they helped organize a few day trips my daughter has a few food allergies and were very understanding and helped out at breakfast location was great was easy ti get to main tourist towns and the pool was fantastic highly recommend to stay here
