I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and super efficient, which really made a difference throughout my visit. After a day out exploring, the pool was a great place to relax. I only dined at the hotel restaurant once, but it was very good—and they handled gluten-free requests with no problem at all. The location was also convenient. We used public transport the entire time, and it was just a 15-minute bus ride to the Old Town (you can take the G or A bus). The price was fair, especially considering the amazing breakfast. It was huge, with a wide selection of both chocolate and savoury options—and even a dedicated gluten-free section. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

Friendly staff, had all the facilities we needed. Enjoyed the pool which was quiet and you could sit up there on an evening if you wanted to which was nice as it was so hot. Breakfast was as expected, fabulous although little in the way of savoury options but that’s obvious with it being a chocolate hotel! Hotel staff were great with the kids and reception ordered us taxis etc. Didn’t use the restaurant, it didn’t appeal given some nice options walking distance away. Area was to be expected some distance out of town in a local neighbourhood with some students around. Could walk to Perugia train station.

Air conditioning in the room did not work well and was very noisy. No view from the window but to be expected. Local area was a bit run down.

Such a fun hotel to stay in. We just did one night. After arrival, we parked our car at the Perugia stadium parking and went into the town. The front desk helped us to know where to park which was nice. You get chocolate upon check-in at the hotel. The rooms are basic but cute. Breakfast was amazing, awesome, overwhelming. So much to choose from, one can't possibly taste everything. Chocolate, sweets, pastries, fresh juices, also some savory things like rolls, eggs, cheese. Our 13 year old son really enjoyed staying here.

The location of the hotel is good, not in the center but you can easily reach everywhere by public transportatio . The hotel is beautifully designed with a chocolate concept and it attracts the eye and creates a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and supportive, the rooms are good and the beds are comfortable. The pool and the natural grass on the roof are amazing especially for the evening. The highlight is the breakfast, which is an exhibition rich in the goodness of sweet food, chocolate and cakes generously alongside salty food. Caution!! it is very attractive and fattening😉

Need a solution for ants in the roof. This is natural because of the grass and trees but it can definitely be treated.

Fantastic breakfast; highly recommend for chocolate enthusiasts! Their restaurant for dinner was also very nice, the chocomenu was unique and delicious. They also have other yummy menu options if you don't want chocolate in your dinner. Room was comfortable and decent size for a basic room. Check in was easy. Good parking.

Air con was a bit difficult to understand, got it working in the end but not as cold as we would have liked. Otherwise great.

Is a unique opportunity to meet an icon, a chic-chocolate based environment, close to everything you may need, with a pool, a cocoa-based restaurant (yep, all entries are cocoa based, delicious) and the BEST, literally, THE BEST breakfast experience you can get in the heart of the chocolate’s kingdom, Perugia.

I hope there will be a plan to invest in modern mattress technology in the future. Now are comfortable, that would be the next generation of hospitality.

The breakfast was incredible, with a huge selection and very high quality. After experiencing their breakfast, we asked to stay an extra day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean.

The bathroom window would not open and close properly. The bathroom was a bit old fashioned.

I could not keep my dog with me in the breakfast area and dogs are not allowed in the pool area too. Too many restrictions about that.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of sweet and savory options—especially the chocolate-themed treats! The location was convenient and easy to reach from the city center, making it perfect for sightseeing. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Beds were a bit hard, air con a little noisy and on the last day we were hoping for an early breakfast - supposed to open at 7am but did not open until 7.15am
