Busy area and the location is within walking distance to the station. We turned in the rental car just after we arrived and caught a train the next morning. Thought it would be loud with trains, traffic, but the silence was noted. Good communication with arrival time so we could be met and welcomed. Comfortable facility, bed, undated fixtures. Would stay again.

Difficult to find in the mid-day, heavy traffic area, limited parking even short term to unload baggage, so you need to be creative. Not so different than other parts of Perugia. No prominent signage. But it is an apartment building so not sure how that would be remedied and they do have a parking garage when you do have a car.

The apartment we booked was ideal for our family, 2 adults and 3 kids. Rooms were spotless, spacious and airy. We also had a large balcony and a kitchen. It was very close to the train and bus station which was great for us as we used public transport for our stay in Perugia. We enjoyed our breakfast at Bar Coffee Shop more than at the train station bar as it was more quiet and we could find a table easily there. Dary took care of us and would like to thank her for her immediate help when we needed it.

Traffic noise could be heard at night

The apartment was big and well lit.it had also a terrace.Location was excellent as it was near train station and bus station.Kristel the lady who took care of the flat was helpful.In fact she even let us keep the luggage long after the scheduled time

Only small things like changing the mattress and more mugs

Everything was new, clean and modern. Great shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Large flat screen tv. Secure.

The location is near the train station and mini-metro so it’s convenient , but it’s not the best area at night. Breakfast included meant 1 coffee and 1 pastry from the local cafe down the street.

The location is extremely convenient for the railway station and for the mini-metro into Perugia. Although on a busy main road the room faces away from the road and is not noisey. Air conditioning worked well.

The breakfast token system could be better explained on the web site, On the positive side breakfast is available at almost any time, even for collection the previous evening for an extremely early start. On the negative side, it is a short walk away and what is on offer is quite limited.

The hotel is located 3 min from the train station and 5 min from the little train that goes to Perugia historical center. I am very satisfied with this hotel the rooms are clean and tidy, the apartments are in great condition with perfectly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Very polite and kind staff, always ready to help you. When we called to resolve a problem with our booking information their responses were quick and everything was resolved very fast. I would definitely be back to this hotel next time I come to Perugia.

Good location for an overnight stop

Reception works limited hours. I chose this B&B because of secure parking availability. A short flight delay resulted in us not being able to park securely due to arrival outside those hours.

Perfect location if you travel by train: next to Perugia Main station AND the mini metro, which brings you up to Perugia centre. Modern, very clean. Breakfast is a voucher for a typical italien cafe & cornetto at a nearby cafe. Communication was friendly and efficient, with flexibility to our needs. We liked it, thank you!

The room was massive and very clean. There was air conditioning and a large shower. I was very pleased with the room. The host was attentive and helpful. Also, the location is right across from the train station. You need to take a bus to the center of Perugia. Great stay!

Great location for overnight travellers right behind the train station. They give you a chit for coffee and a croissant at the Station Cafe which opens early. Staff was prompt to assist, even though they are off site.

Not the nicest neighborhood for longer stays. Bed a bit soft for our liking, and I hate the European thing of providing no top sheet but rather a duvet heavy enough for the Arctic so I sweat all night.
