A beautiful peaceful location about 20 minute drive from Perugia Airport and provided a tranquil and friendly first night of the holiday. The staff were lovely and friendly (Loretta on Reception) and they made us and the children feel exceedingly welcome. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and catered for all different dietary needs including vegetarian and gluten-free, and the children. It is an interesting historical building with a tower dating from 900 A.D. A wheelchair accessible room and generally good accessibility was a great bonus. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is in a renovated tower. Well positioned for going to both Perugia and Assisi. Nice central courtyard and a pleasant buffet breakfast. Although, limited English (and Italian on our part) staff were very friendly and we muddled on by with Google translate.

Mattress on the bed was too soft but this is a personal preference not a complaint. Fortunately, there was a single pull-out in the room that I slept on instead.

The staff were all extremely friendly. The reception manager, Loretta, was exceptionally helpful both before, during, and after my visit. When I found the taxis very expensive and was going to struggle with 3 bags on public transport, she very kindly offered to drive me to my onward destination as it was in the next village from her home!! Such kindness.💝 The country house was close to the airport, but you didn't hear the planes, and had excellent accessible room facilities. The taps were all lever taps, the toilet was a good height. (high - maybe 50 cm tall from the ground). The toilet also had a shower hose next to it and a gap at the front of the seat, to use as a bidet. The basin was wheelchair level and the mirror above was adjustable. The shower was completely flat (for roll in) and spacious, with a wall mounted seat.There was a hairdryer in the bathroom for use. There was a fridge in the room and TV and ceiling fan. The window shutters kept the room very cool. I think there was a/c as well, which I didn't need during my stay.When I stayed, it was very peaceful. The mattress on the bed was memory foam & supremely comfortable!

A pool would've been nice, but not essential.

Living in a historic building is a great experience. The room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious, and the wet and dry are separated. The scenery is beautiful, and the children like it very much. Friendly service. Very close to Perugia and Assisi. Suitable for self-driving.

The breakfast portion is relatively small. Nearby factories work before 7 o'clock. Children run and scream in the corridor after 22 o'clock. Although this is not a problem of the hotel, I still hope that the reception can tell all the guests to keep quiet at night.

Very spacious rooms, quiet peaceful area. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Some things were not working correctly such as the showerhead which kept becoming dislodged. The toilet lid was broken, and the lights in the bathroom were not exactly working correctly.

The location was great. Close to the airport and easy to find. The hotel is a converted mill which was interesting. Love the old feel of it.

The single beds were a bit small. We are used to king singles - a bit longer and wider.

Roberto, the owner was outstanding. He made the breakfast and was charming and delightful. He made the stay wonderful for us.

Everything was good

Our hosts made us feel right at home. They took time to understand our needs, and their warmth and friendliness made us feel home from home. When I needed some medical attention to a small injury, they assisted themselves and were genuinely warm in their continued interest in my healing, and the enjoyment of our trip. The breakfast was continental and all dishes carefully set out and prepared, the dinner in the restuarant at night was well priced and tasty, with warm and friendly atmosphere. It felt we were at home rather than being in a hotel - thank you so much!

Nothing comes to mind

Amazing location, with historical background (staff can take you for a tour). Inside the tower, there is a fantastic miniature of Assisi, which took two decades to take form. I played archery with my kids and particularly enjoy the spacious library right under the roof, where we had chats with friends and played chess. We were housed in a quadruple room, very spacious and comfy. The venue is close (by car) to the motorway and to all known locations, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, etc. we also went to Grotte of Frasassi, not so far after all. The tower has all it takes to relax after a long day out walking visiting towns. Recommended to families with kids. Excellent staff.

Our room was so spacious and comfortable. Walking around the country house is a nice activity itself. You could sit out on the terrace or check out the top floor library. We had dinner at the restaurant which was very nice.
