Hotel is very well located with the swimming pool and on 5 minutes walk to the lake, which currently is not recommended due to the low level of water, with dead fish swimming on the top. Its very quiet and well located to visit the cities around.

Even though the AC in the room was working, all the cold was blcoked by wardrobe located just 5 cm to it. Our room was located from the south, and it was impossible to sleep with 27C inside. Moreover, you cannot open the window during the night as there are tons of flying insects (they do not bite, but there in thousands). I think this should be checked by the hotel - room 239. I ubderstand the hotel is located in the national park, however after sunset its impossible to stay anywhere outside, there are no uv lamps for those flies nor mosquito nets in the room or common areas. Just because of that we would rate it as a 6, but location, hospitality and time spent during the day was amazing in that place.

We stayed in one of the rooms at the front, facing west across the lake, which meant that we saw the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. However, it also meant we overlooked the parking lot, although it wasn't too noisy. The breakfast was pretty good.

We ended up not having the time to go swimming, but if we had, we would have had to wear swim caps. Of course we hadn't brought any with us, so we would have had to buy them from the hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet position, there is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Very clean hotel. We recommend it!

Unfortunatelly the Wi-Fi didn't work because they were doing some improvements...

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a balcony and lovely view of the lake. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed our stay.

There is no option to have a kettle in the room.

A bit outdated but still a very good stay, with clean rooms. A good and quite stay for a few days in you tourist the area. Friendly staff. The pool area is better than what photos suggest.

Great location with gorgeous view onto the lake. Large room with terrace towards lake. Very friendly staff at reception. Dinner option in hotel available, adequate quality but nothing exceptional. Breakfast buffet with good variety, including salty choices.

The view of the lake was awesome. The hotel desk was very friendly and helpful The air conditioning was excellent.

The bed was a little hard but not uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel isn't the best, but if you have a car it's a convenient starting point to see Tuscany and Umbria.
