Our brand new apartment was superb, with all the expected facilities and more! Everything has been so well thought-out and completed to a high standard, from the properties themselves to the lanscaping, including beautiful plants and flowers, winding paths and attractive lighting. We loved being able to sit out on our shady terrace in the little enclave. The restaurant and bar were great - we ate there 3 times during our 7 night stay! The pool complex is stunning, with something for all ages. Lake Trasimeno is so beautiful, and the campsite feels very unique compared to other, larger sites. Whilst the splash pool (this WAS completed during our stay, however) and some other areas weren't completely finished, you could see the vision, and we appreciated the fact that were still able to take our holiday, and we're looking forward to booking again for next year!

Formerly, the residents of a small row of bungalows, linked by a gate to the site, were able to access the pool and other facilities for an annual fee. As former visitors to the site, this meant we have made Italian friends for life, one of the aspects that brought us back year in, year out. Reinstating this agreement would promote goodwill within the local community.

One of the most beautiful camp sites we ever visited. In last 3 years we visited 7 camp sites in Spain, France and Italy. This one offered highest Level of comfort and highest specification of houses and Camp site it self. Top spec, top class modern "houses" the whole area was superb, clean, safe, and designed to look great. Most important VERY spacious and not overcrowded. Our 3 bedroom house was just fantastic, fully equipped, fantastic kitchen, comfortable bathrooms. Small but planed in smallest detail. Outdoor football pitch, walkways, playground just perfect for kids. Swimming pool AMAZING especially new area for kids (3-10 years old will love it) plenty of sunbeds. Ber food was very good quality, small shop provided us with basics and fresh bread every day. Plenty of activities for kids. Perfect for a family holidays, great views around, Fully RECOMENDED 100%. Only 20min drive to a beautiful town of Perugia. By the way no one is paying me for this review. In my all Reviews I honestly inform you about my experience.

I was hoping to swim in local lake. That was impossible due to a water in the lake being at a very low level, looking very bad, some dead fished at the shore. I understand that has nothing to do with Camping simply super hot summer. Dissapointed with the lake but to be honest swimming pools compensate us the lake. Our kids and us loved swimming pools.

We arrived and there was parking with no problem at all ,check in was very fast and easy with very nice staff and very helpfull too,they escorted us to our cabin which was very nice for a couple it was very clean and comfortable we had all we needed in it.The area is so quiet ,the surrounding so beautiful it's a very nice place for children too!There is also mini market and a restaurant ! We really enjoyed our stay and would really love to come back soon!! Thanks from both of us❣️😍

Small ...just one note if the bungalow have one AC in living .. they can have at least fans for rent ... But after hours with AC is good

We extended 2 days ….. and we went in a different accommodation. It was the Tippy Tent ….. wow it was so amazing…… my kids love it all Thank you for everything….. for a great holiday

We like the chain - good quality, very reliable. The staff provided fans for us in the 35 degree heat. The restaurant and ice creams were good.

You have to pay for the gym which they should say in advance. The splash pool was being renovated.

This camping ground is excellent. We stayed in a cabin and it was as new, clean and well equipped.

The beds were not the most comfortable for me but still very good for a ‚camping‘
