We stayed at the agriturismo for one night. As we are aspiring farmers and fans of a calm and simple life, surrounded by nature and animals, it was perfect to us. The lovers of luxury and city vibes would however not enjoy it. We came back from Perugia after dinner and still spent a couple of hours talking with Miriam and Andrea and it was a pleasure. The next day after breakfast with pastries made by Miriam, Andrea gave us a little tour showing us around the farm and introducing us to their two beautiful horses. If we are in Umbria again, we’ll definitely come back!

Unusual location (although it requires some driving skills), rural atmosphere, great Italian cuisine by Miriam, very friendly hosts and a couple of local kittens, eager to be scratched all day long.

The turn to the villa is a bit unobvious, although the point on the map is precise. A sign or some hint to the location would be helpful. There are also a couple of holes in the road just after the turn, it would have been great to fix them, otherwise they might be an unpleasant surprise, especially after sunset.

Miriam and Andreas were wonderful hosts, full of interesting information about the cultural and natural history of Perugia. This was a classic Agriturismo working farm set amongst olive groves and fields full of bright blue chicory flowers and yellow butterflies in the rolling hills a few miles outside Perugia. Miriam's delicious farmhouse cooking and Andreas' home made wine made evening meals wonderfully relaxing after a hot day walking around Perugia.

Beautiful and authentic place ideally located for everyone that wants to relax and enjoy a beautiful view and very comfortable room, my kids loved it and the owners are very friendly and helpful

Just one night

Everything! This was by far the highlight accommodation of our trip and possibly even the best of several years of travelling. The place is located in the countryside with a stunning view of the nearby area. The room was clean and full of character, making it a very pleasant place to stay for the three of us. The hosts Andrea and Miriam were so friendly and accommodating, very genuine and friendly people pleasent to chat with, and made our 4 year old son feel very happy. Dinner and breakfast was beautiful, home cooked meals. Looking forward to come back on our next trip. NOTE: this is a farm stay/ home stay. If you are after a chic 5 star hotel as advertised on magazine this might not the place you are after. Even though in my opinion it exceeds it.

Beautiful farm house and olive groves, the house restored in an authentic manner with artistic sensibility - spacious and inviting

I found it hard to find and to find again when I returned at night - partly to do with my driving skills but also the unreliability of sat. nav in the area. As a solo traveller I felt a bit isolated even though the owners were very welcoming

Breakfast was all home made and delicious. Hosts made us feel so at home and welcome.

There was nothing I didn’t like. It far exceeded our expectations.

This is was a different experience than what we usually have in our trips. Here we stayed in a family owned farm, a beautiful old house with a charming garden and great view around. The owners are the nicest most welcoming people, who cooked for us a delicious dinner and wonderful breakfast. Overall a very pleasant and heartwarming stay.

I liked the rustic building, the beautiful view from the bedroom, the friendly hosts, the delicious evening meal.

Difficult to find the turnoff to the property.
