Location is good, quiet area but located very close to all needs. About a 10 minute walk down to the beach. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Gladly helping us with any request that we had. The room it self was very clean, bed was comfortable, AC to cool down after a hot day in the sun. Enough plugins for any charging, located right besides the bed on either side, always convienent. Breakfast in Sicily isn't a big meal by any means, offering simple options such as yogurt, fruits, sweet crossiants, bread and coffee ofcourse. If you are still hungry there are loads of nice places in the area to grab a nice lunch.

Great location, within walking distance of both the Avola center (5 min) and the sea, in quiet surroundings. Although there is no private parking, we found a parking spot on the street, right in front of the B&B. Our host was very helpful, giving us nice restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious and clean and there was a nice breakfast buffet incuding local products. I would definitely recommend the property, it was great value for money!

The mini-fridge a was a bit noisy, as was a clock on the wall.

The owner is very kind, helpful if you need, the room was clean, comfy, breakfast was fine, mostly sweet + coffee + juice + cold water... I have nothing what I should be disappointed with, I definitely recommend to stay here. Beach is 13 min walking, city centre and bus stop to Noto/ Syracuse less than 10 minutes.

They provided good assistance and friendly reception. Location well within walking distance of local beaches. Plenty of information on local attractions, restaurants, beaches, et cetera. Breakfast could have been better as my partner would have liked with some fresh cakes and something whole wheat.

We can't say there was anything we did not like. Perhaps what we said in the "what did you like" section. Gianni was a very pleasant host.

What can I say, except from: wow! The hosts were so welcoming and kind to us. Even though our stay was short, they made sure we were catered for as best possible. The room was very well equipped and clean, breakfast was delicious and the accomodation's location was just a stone's throw away from the beautiful piazzas. We will certainly pass by again in the future should we go near Avola! Grazie mille! 😁

Very nice and clean room in a good but not loud location

For light sleepers like me, the clock or the fridge could mean sleeping with earplugs
