Very nice host, clean room with air conditioning, we were asked what kind of breakfast we want, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, close to the city center, quiet area.

Room was clean and modern.

Was noise from the street as the room was facing the street. Also room keys were left in the box outside on the street and lady in the neighborhood showed us where to find it. It would be nice if instructions where to find keys be sent to the phone as we did not speak any italian.

The location is quite central with equal distance to the beach and the main city's square, both at less than 15 min walk. The room was big and clean. The owner is really nice and attentive.

Full marks on all accounts. Very pleasant host, clean, comfortable, and central place, close to the promenade. Breakfast was excellent. Host even acceded to our particular needs. A must stay place for anyone visiting Avola or Noto. Tops !!!

Maybe the white LED lights in the bedrooms.

The apartment was big, clean and comfy. The location is close to the city center and beach. The owner is really helpful and friendly.

There were some bugs in the bathroom at night. Communication in English is a bit problematic in this area.

Very comfortable and quiet. There was everything we could possibly need. The lady who greeted and check us in was exceptionally helpful and kind. Good breakfast with amazing coffee. The location was very good too, close both to the centre of the town and a beach.

Very clean, excellent location easy to find and the host was very accommodating. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice. We had to leave before breakfast but was offered yogurt, tea which was great. Would definitely recommend.

We came to Avola see the start of Giro d`Italia 2022 and stayed only one night, but could stay here longer. It was a perfect B&B to stay, very clean big room with a good location and I must say again, I hope we had more days to stay here. I can recommend this for everyone. A breakfast very tasty.
