Room size with comfortable beds for 3 people. Effective air conditioning. Easy self check in via WhatsApp Street parking was easy Location was good for the sea front and town

The breakfast buffet was situated in a small space, so self-service was tricky. A small room, not clearly labelled where items were such as crockery in a cupboard . Items ran out and coffee had to be made by the staff who seemed flustered that it was busy. Not the most relaxing start to the day but food was nice and it was better once people left.

We stayed in the 3 bed apartment which was very clean, very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was perfect, right around the corner from a beautiful beach, however it was a 15 minute walk to open restaurants ( off season).

The apartment was a little dated compared to the b and b rooms upstairs. While it was perfectly functional and very clean, a little modernisation would make it a little more pleasant.

The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. Location was very good - 5 minutes from the beach and we could take a parasol from the hotel for free. The town of Avola itself is a very good location with many good seafood restaurants.

The breakfast was a bit sparse – lots of cakes, good coffee, but no eggs, little fruit and vegetables.

loved my stay here! great location! staff were delightful & very friendly & generous, even with limited English. location was just behind the main road on the beach. breakfast is continental style, so was enough but not full buffet. rooms were new & clean, comfy bed, bathroom was new & clean. about 10-15 walk to town centre. 2mins to beaches really enjoyed my stay

public transport In the area is not super reliable but bares no reflection on the property

A wonderful place ,with super friendly staff !!The rooms were big ,clean,and had balcony/ breakfast room with nice views to the sea.Only a block away from beach.The staff was so kind to me after I injured my leg,providing me with cooling pads and a cheap bike to use.

The breakfast was mostly, cake,6 types ,(homemade and wonderful !!!!) ,but more variation would be nice.

Very friendly team taking care of you at Fuori Rotta. The breakfast was great. The best part for us was the location close to a great swimming beach and plenty of Bars, Restaurants and street food close by. The rooms are renovated well and comfortable.

Maybe the door could be better sealed as it was a bit loud in the mornings with hallway traffic and breakfast going on.

we liked everything. we would have stayed longer but they didn't have available rooms. also we booked for late April. they would have raised their prices if they had a room making it less appealing. but it was great and the staff excellent.

Only one bathroom. Power point goes off when you leave the house.. I understand is to save energy. As people would live air on. But you can’t leave iPad to charge while you are away

Spotless property, close to beach and some lovely restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. Check in details were crystal clear. Host was super nice and friendly.

Perfect location, not many tourists, mainly local people. The breakfast was delicious with many sweet home made tarts and the coffee was amazing. Perfect for families. Beach is beautiful just around the corner. And restaurants also very close. You can also borrow umbrellas from the accommodation.
