Hotel is very nice. great pool and cinema for kids. kids were very happy with baby club

-most personnel was new and had no idea what is going on, plus they didn;t know english - we were informed 20h before arrival that in order to get to the hotel we can take the cable car (that was closed for a few weeks actually) or taxi that has to be booked 4 days in advance. they didn;t sent any car to take us from station even if they have one. - We were not informed cable car in not working and actually we cannot ski there...we have to go in Bardonecchia in order to ski and we had to pay 100euro/day to get to bardonecchia and back to hotel. - last day in resort it got very crowded (due to xmass holidays probably ) and personnel in restaurant could not manage. you could not find a clean table. it took them 1h to clean 4 tables.

We spent only one night but it was enough to appreciate the Savoia Resort. Both location and view are absolutely stunning. Mr Giordano with the whole staff were very friendly, kind and helpful 😁 The room was spacious, clean and quiet. WiFi was very fast and worked perfectly. The restaurant offers an interesting menu Breakfast was good with a rich choice in both savoury and sweet food The wellness centre offers a nice Swimming pool, a Sauna and a Steam Bath and a Gym, as well. Last but not least: a great appreciation for Mrs Anna Maria who runs the Beauty Centre. We had a full massage which brought us back to life after a tough day in the mountains. Thank you 🤩!! We had a great time !!

This place was out of this world, surpassed all our expectations. The pictures and description on here don’t do the place justice. Book it you won’t be disappointed!!!!!

Everything was perfect

The resort has some special events during the day, for example the apericena with Italian focaccia and Italian bruschette at 18.30, for free. Has another a great breakfast and a wellness spa center included in the cost. The room is very comfortable and the see sight from the window is unbelievable. In you want to ski, there is sky school and also Fregiusa slope.

The location is a little unfriendly to reach, especially during the winter due to the weather temperature.

It was lovely in a fantastic location with amazing views. The swimming pool and sauna were lovely and quiet so had plenty of time to do a swim and relax. Comfortable bed and what a lovely treat to have fresh fruit and tasty little treats on arrival in our room. The staff were so friendly and polite the special shoutout to the young lady in the bar area was attentive, friendly and always welcomed everyone. One of the best bar people we have had the pleasure to meet. The food was delicious and they offer such a wide variety you are spoilt for choice! The gentleman who runs the hotel with his wife are lovely friendly and welcoming always asking if everything is ok couldn’t ask for better people to run a hotel/resort. The rooms are made up daily and bathrobes slipper are supplied in the room along with shampoo, body wash and body cream which was a lovely touch.

Shame the road isn’t in better condition leading to the hotel but doesn’t affect the hotel at all.

The staff all went above and beyond to make our Christmas the magical experience we hoped for.

Would be great if there was a small menu of bar food available all the time. They have 2 great pizza ovens which could easily make lovely thin crust Italian pizza. This would allow us extra flexibility of when we eat.

A very comfortable hotel in an absolutely unique, beautiful location with a very kind staff. It is adults friendly, children friendly and dogs friendly. Everyone can feel welcome here.

I would change a little bit the concept of the buffet dinner ( including drinks, with a little bit higher price) but still it was nice and we enjoyed it.

We spent our anniversary in this resort, and it was an excellent choice. The weather was unpleasant the day we arrived with high speed winds, so it was not possible to enjoy the snow. The resort allowed us to use the spa for free, making our afternoon enjoyable. The dinner was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this place.

The sauna and steam room were not working properly. This area could be improved.

Well, this is an incredible place to stay. We were on a motorcycle tour and stayed in a different place every day, but it was such a good experience to be here that we stayed two nights instead of the planned one. During the pre-dinner period, they provide free appetizers, which were great to eat sitting out on the sunny garden/terrace. On the first night, there was a buffet dinner with endless dishes, all of which were very delicious, and the breakfast was equally rich, with plenty of dishes to choose from. Our room, the cleanliness, and the view were impeccable. It's in a great location, I highly recommend it.
