very nice hotel. clean and tidy. excellent breakfast, great selection. Beautiful green garden with swimming pool. The hotel has its own private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. we really liked it there

we had an unpleasant smell in the room that could not be aired out. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the garden and the mosquito net did not close properly.

Paying attention on details, the food was good(a lot of options to choose), the water from the pool was warm

The city tax on my reservation from booking was 1€ per person per day and when I went to reception to pay, was 2€, they fixed the problem quickly but pay attention because if you don’t check they will take your money. Another thing it’s the pool program, I understand when people eat, but the pool program close at 18, this is pointless. Also the sunchairs are expensive for first line, for 1m difference between first and second line, you pay more with 10€

The value for money is exceptional!!! U get a full beautiful dinner included in the rate and the food was delicious. We didn't have a single bad fish the entire time we were in the hotel.

We don't have any major complaints, just some small things, for example, they charge you for a crib. It's not a big deal of course but it just seems a bit greedy, especially considering that no other hotel on the island wanted any extra money for it. Same applies for water at dinner, not a big deal but water should be included

Excellent position of the hotel, quiet place very close (2 minutes walking) to the sea. Personnel is friendly and attentive. Big thanks to all! In al likelihood, the food served for dinner is outsourced, and the new menu is served every day. So you will never get bored tasting different things in the evening. The hotel (rooms and territory) is pretty clean and tidy. Rooms are cleaned every day. 3 free (of charge) rows of sunbeds and umbrellas on the private beach is an excellent added bonus. Last but not least, a free parking space for the car nearby. For a covered place, one has to pay extra, though.

Junior suite for two is perfect. However, once two extra beds (for children) are added there, the luxury idea is falling apart. There is simply not enough space for things. Use your imagination where to hang 4 towels after the shower... Rules for using the pool are a bit restrictive. Basically, you can swim there 6 hours a day (09-12 & 15-18) only. Otherwise, the guard is asking you not to go in the water. We didn't use it at all.

Access to the beach, and the beach itself is great. The room is very clean, and the cleaning staff cleans the room in the morning during the morning swim or breakfast, which is great. Very well organized in that perspectuve. Breakfast is very good. Dinner OK, hit and miss. The staff is very friendly!

Dinner service is a bit disorganized, sometimes you wait 30mins because only one waiter is picking up the orders. The room looks like the last reconstruction was 30 years ago (furniture, tiles, bathroom), but it is all very clean and functional.

We've spent one week in this hotel. In general, we were highly satisfied. The staff was very polite and friendly. If you choose this hotel, we highly recommend to get a transfer from the airport (the hotel staff will arrange everything if you write them). We also highly recommend to get the boat trip to Baunei coast (truly wonderful, best beaches of Sardinia - ask the hotel staff for agencies that provide this service). Next recommendation is to include hotel dinners in the booking - great value added. You will get very good Sardinian dinners at the solid restaurant level. Stars of this hotel are well deserved!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with two great beaches nearby. One beach has small rocks, while the other has soft sand, both lined with beautiful pine woods. The scenery is absolutely stunning and provides a perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast was good, offering a nice variety to start the day. Plus, sunbeds are included in the price, which is a fantastic bonus.

Wifi was excellent in common areas, but did not work at all in either of our two rooms. But it was good at the pool, lobby, restaurant, outdoor lounge and anywhere outside on the property grounds, including the pizzaria.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is very nice for a quiet vacation and relax. Not very crowded place. We really enjoyed the beach.

The rooms could use a bit of renovation. The pool schedule is very short. The beach is great but be aware is not very easy specially for reduced mobility people

Biggest dissapointment was the food. Food is one of the reasons of us comming to Sardinia. Unfortunatelly in this hotel I haven’t eaten anything delicious. Food was there on time, but that’s it. It was maximum 3/5. A bit of dissapointment.
