Me and my partner loved the location and what the resort had to offer, such as the beaches, pools, beverages spots, excursions …

The most dissapointing aspect about the resort was the bedroom, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We asked for a couple’s bed but it was 2 single beds together, which left a gap in between making the bed sunk in between . The breakfast didn’t have many options aswell which was a bit disappointing

Great location, hidden from tourists on the east coast of Sardinia. Just a short drive from Arbatax Marina, where you can rent a boat to explore stunning beaches like Cala Luna and Cala Goloritzè. The resort itself spans a massive territory with multiple zones, including swimming pools, tennis courts, and walking trails.

Breakfast is very basic for a 4-star hotel, with limited options. Some areas feel outdated and in need of renovation. Parts of the resort, like the path to the Dune car park, seem neglected - with a closed playground and empty spaces that look abandoned. A landscape refresh would really help.

This is a huge territory with a lot of things to do without even leaving the property. Parking, 8 swimming pools, 6 beaches: stony and sandy. Area with animals: donkeys, horses, wild pigs, different birds and many more. It’s a place where people come with their kids and enjoy the services offered. They have animation and excursions for kids, it’s nice. Also Nice beans coffee station at the breakfast. WiFi only by the pool, reception or bars. This is positive I think, on vacation, we shouldn’t be hanging in our phones :) For us it was just me and my boyfriend. We rented a car, so reaching out to the hotel and then to eat in Tortolì (closest) city wasn’t hard. Also we did everything by walk within the hotel, everything is quite reachable. Also special thanks to Daniele and Simone, these guys were amazing with helping us with luggage, small rides within hotels. They are very kind and professional, we didn’t even have cash to give, the simply like what they do and very nice with guests.

1) Maybe more sunbeds by swimming pools and beaches, they were most of the time occupied by guests on the way to breakfast and I had a feelings there is not enough of those for guests. 2) we stayed 6 nights, 5 days and breakfast all 5 days was same. Eggs station cooks only fry eggs, maybe would be nice if you do Omeletts, it is not that hard. 3) do not separate animal babies from their mamas for the show, to let kids feed those babies, it looked cruel, both and mamas, and kids stressed and yelling. 4) don’t change towels everyday in the room, let’s take care of the planet 🫶❤️ 5) tap water is not drinkable, they provide water only at the day of arrival, BUT you can take your bottles and fill them up at breakfast. Otherwise 1,5L water in hotel store - 3,5€

Before our stay I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The resort is gorgeous and would definitely recommend it! Although the resort is outside the main capital it is worth the distance. The location of the resort is stunning with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and several beach options. In addition, as it’s a natural reserve, the surrounding nature is beautiful with the possibility to see lots of animals. I loved the versatility of the resort, there are several pools and restaurants to choose from which helps during crowded periods. Also I appreciate that there were so many things to do, several options for sports, with different events and music also in the evenings making the atmosphere of the resort very fun and warm. You could easily spend a week at the resort, relaxing and not be bored. The resort is like a small village, and even if it is quite hilly to walk, the distances are not too far and there is the option to take a “safari” type car around from one place to the next.

Staff are very friendly and helpful but many of them don’t speak a lot of English. Although it seems the resort is slightly older, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. However the main pool which is used by many families could have a better filter/pump system as the water gets quite dirty mid day. Also typical for a resort, the restaurants are several times more expensive in the resort than restaurants outside.

Amazing location, the property is massive. They were very quick to replace a broken air conditioner and 2 non-functioning refrigerators. Rooms were spotless. Nice pools and beaches everywhere, all were clean and with lifeguards. Breakfast wasn't bad and included cook to order. Everyone was friendly and no wait to check in, they give you a van from your car to the room at checkin and checkout. Drink and food prices are on par with everywhere else. Even includes a wildlife area with horses, donkeys, sheep, etc - great walking with views before it gets too hot in the morning.

Bar staff needs training on how to make martinis. Property could use a fresh paint and power washing, but overall our rooms were large, in great shape and comfortable.

1.Communication with hotel getting rapidly answering. 2.Warmth welcome with staffs when arrived at hotel with cleaned room. 3.The foods are buffets but delicious and varietities kind of breakfast/dinner.(half board) 4.For the holiday with family have various activities for all ages.(Hotel-telis) for example kid club, Aqua Gym (I love it alot, please keep doing it.) Kid theater.(Kid show dancing),Yoka.It suit with all ages. 5.The hotel provides 3 kind of swimming pools which suit with all kind customers but I love the pool which nearly the bar that I can buy drinks and ice cream for my son the most, and there had the music every evening with live DJ. it is very good to join with people like pool bar party :) 6.The pools with rescuer is available all pool, they helps organize the seats for everybody equally,it makes the rules of a pool strenght and it made us impression, because he did a good job,and everybody can use the seat. 7.Cleaned room/place. 8.Hair dryer providing in bathroom. 9.Shampoo,soap in bath room for customers. 10.Towels rental is available in this hotel (very nice colour,i like blue :) ) 11.Nice place , all alongs the way are cover with mediteranien flowers and tree, it makes the way for walking is not too hot during the day /it is the paradise places inside the resort. 12.Manifique beaces , blue colour for sofar at midday (Le palm). it suit for familiy to swim together , ages, transparence water and good for the kids who wanted to do snorkering or playing with the sand and rocks.

1.Staffs mostly speak Italian language and accenct,it is difficultly to communicate with them and get answering rapidly. (But it does not a big problem) It may be because they get customers the most from Italy(main land) then the staffs are not needs to practice english. :) but it is neccessary that they work for a hotel,it should have to speak english.

Had an amazing time in this resort! Their shuttle bus picked us up at Cagliari airport, it's a 1,5 hour drive and 50 euro per person but totally worth it compared to the public bus option, which takes about 5-6 hours according to Google. Gotta book a week in advance though. At the resort we got a free upgrade to a better room not far from the beach, which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was very nice - the room, the food, the beaches, the staff was very helpful. Absolutely loved this place!

My stay at Telis Resort in Sardinia was absolutely delightful. The resort's beautiful surroundings, with lush gardens and a stunning beach nearby, provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled holiday, Arbatax Resort offers it all. I can't wait to return to this wonderful slice of paradise!

Our room had a nice terrace overlooking the bay and beach with great views beyond that. It was very spacious and roomy. The breakfast buffet was expansive and the service excellent. Also great views from the breakfast room. We enjoyed each evening in the piano bar with Saveryo, the musician who was warm and friendly and played requests. Hotel is located in a great spot to tour the Ogliastra region.

Only problem that needs fixing is the Wifi that is just sufficient.
