We had the pleasure of staying at this delightful small family-run hotel in Arbatax, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel itself is full of charm – bright, inviting, and thoughtfully cared for. Our room was cosy and comfortable, equipped with a handy fridge and a spacious bathroom. One of our favourite parts was the private balcony, which offered lovely views over the town and distant mountains. Watching the sunset from there was simply magical. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Just a short stroll down the road led us to the beach, and the nearby port offered boat rentals and guided tours – perfect for exploring the stunning coastline. There were also plenty of sights to see in the area, making it ideal for those who enjoy a mix of relaxation and adventure. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast – fresh, satisfying, and a great way to fuel the day. Overall, this hotel was a peaceful haven with a personal touch, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. A true gem in Arbatax!

We used this hotel as a stop over after we arrived in Sardinia late in the evening and it served its purpose well. The staff were friendly and helpful and recommended some local restaurants for our tea and even gave a discount to three of them. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding and parking was easy as there is free street parking all around the hotel. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

No dislikes, however, the room had no air conditioning, this wasn't an issue for us just an observation that it may be an issue for others in the hotter months. (There was a fan in the room though).

Friendly and accommodating staff—my friends and I had to leave early for a flight in Cagliari on our last morning, and they had breakfast waiting for us. Beautiful, comfortable hotel, great breakfast, excellent location—a quick walk from the beaches and great restaurants.

I didn’t dislike anything per se, but there were a few things that could have been better. The Wi-Fi could be a bit slow—this only mattered when my flight off of Sardinia was cancelled unexpectedly and slower internet made it a bit more challenging to find a new flight when many people were scrambling to book replacement flights. I may have missed it, but an electric kettle either in the kitchen or in the room would have been great—I drink a lot of tea! Finally, a little table (between the shower and the bath tub, for example, in room 102) would have been great—there wasn’t much room for toiletries.

Staff were super friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great and the safe hotel parking was a plus. Cute balcony and drying rack for swimsuits. The location in Arbatax was great, 3 minutes walk to the beach, and a perfect spot to access nearby sites via car, such as Cala Goloritze, Baunei, and the Cala Gonone area.

The only issue to note is that the WiFi was very weak/only available around the reception area.

Excellent value for money. Newly renovated. Nice outdoor areas. Lovely service. Very clean. Good parking. Lent towels for the beach/boat trips. Some fresh fruit, cakes and decent coffee at breakfast.

Rooms are older style, but clean and spacious. Lacks some ameneties - but its a low cost 3*.

Everything was perfect! The staff, the breakfast, the hotel and the restaurant close by. The receptionist Valerie was so kind and helpful. Answered all of our questions and came with recommendations. We recommend the restaurant close by called La Baila. Only walking distance. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy both the hotel and the area.

The property was lovely. It’s just that there’s not much to do in the actual hotel. Also, I’d suggest replacing the light bulbs for warm lighting as it is more suitable for resting

Internet was unstable and we needed it for work.

Lovely place if you are travelling by car, stunning beaches just 15 minute drive away. Room was spacious and clean, nice balcony. Reception staff very nice.

Was a bit annoyed with the fact I had to cancel our last night there (5th night), which I told them upon arrival, still couldn’t get even 50% of the paid price back. Breakfast was quite basic.

The room was clean. The staff was kind and welcoming. The breakfast was quite good with lots of options including fresh pastries, fruits, cheese, and cakes. They also provided discount coupons for some local restaurants.

The sound isolation in the room was not quite good. The sound of the elevator was disturbing. Also, the hotel actually has a parking place next to it, but there was another hotel name at the entrance which makes you think that it does not belong to this hotel. It is confusing.
