We liked everything: the design in the room, the gardens, the staff, all the activities, the food and the parties. We will return there for sure. 🤩

The rooms are a bit noisy, you can hear the showers from the neighbors, the noise of slamming doors and the talks from the hall. The only minus, everything else was perfect.

Everything was fantastic , staff were helpful and sent me a nice surprise for my birthday . The girl at the reception was very thoughtful . The valet” Jan “ was respectful and fast with helping us park and transferring our luggage to the room

There was a man that also driving the golf cart that was very rude . He stared at my wife when we were on our way out , walking to the car He didn’t look at her arm but asked if she’s a guest in a very angry way . We were far and he didn’t look at me once cause I’m European looking not my wife And on her bday lunch which ruined the day for us Then later he came near the pool and kept looking at my wife which made her feel uneasy like he’s ready to criticise her. He is older and didn’t look Italian Very the only disappointing part was this

if I could I would give 100/10. We spent an unforgettable vacation, from the first second we entered the territory of this hotel we felt like in Paradise. A special bravo to the Animators team, they were very organized and full of energy, Barbora/Giorgia the best🫶🏼 training us gymnastics and they did it with a special passion, Lucas/Alessandro were busy with kids 9+, I was impressed by how many activities they had, experience with boats/catamarans, tennis, polo in the pool etc the rest team was also great WELL DONE. they were the best animators I have ever met.

I had a super clean/beautiful room with garden view surrounded by an extraordinarily beautiful nature ❤️🌺, the reception was very welcoming as were all the workers of this hotel. the beach was immaculately clean the color of the water was azure and sparkling. I also really liked the pool because it was with sea water. I fell in love with Saraceno🫶🏼❤️ we will definitely come back.

- Food was very good. - They cleaned the room every day.

- You cannot order food to the beach. - Beach towels are not free and are different from room towels. - You must wear proper clothing (not swimwear) to enter the pool bar and restaurant. - There are not enough sunbeds available. - There is an extra charge for using the front row of sunbeds on the beach. - You need to clean your sunbeds before going to lunch, or staff may remove your belongings. - If you want a sugar-free drink (e.g., Diet Coke) at the dinner or lunch time, you have to pay extra

Very well organized! Very nice pool area, there were always sunbeds available, the salt-water pool is really beautiful. Quite tasty dinner and breakfast, high quality food. We stayed in a renovated room - very cozy and modern. Checkout is at 10:00, but we were given the option to check out at 12:00 for no extra charge.

Just feedback for improvement: there was some live music one night, but the song selection was really outdated - for people in their 70ies... Also you may want to improve the outdoor lighting in that area to something cozier - a lot of blue light flooding the patio did not feel right.

The hotel is like a little village on the seafront, it has beautiful gardens which are very well maintained. We booked a deluxe double room with sea view and it was just prefect. It was clean, spacious and modern. We only booked breakfast as we thought we could explore local restaurants however there was really no need to leave the complex. There are two restaurants serving lunch and dinner. The main one being the buffet style restaurant, which was 80 euros for the two of us and included a bottle of wine. The A La Carte restaurant near the beach can be booked on the day and served delicious food which was also reasonably priced. There is also another bar area for afternoon/evening drinks. All the staff were friendly and our waitress, Maria at the A La Carte restaurant was just amazing. We also booked the infinity pool for an afternoon, which cost 30 euros for the both of us, this was a very relaxing area and we ended up having it all to ourselves as no one else had booked.

The restaurant 'à la carte' deserves a special mention. It offers perfectly executed dishes and amazing product, accompanied by an exquisit selection of the best wines on the island. In addition, the sommelier and the other staff are highly competent. It is possibly among the top ten restaurants on the island in terms of quality-to-price ratio.

The location of the hotel can be a little tricky. It is perfect if you plan to spend your days at the resort and the beach. However, if you are interested in agritourism or city/town sightseeing, it is not the best option. Especially if you don't have a car, access to the hotel is difficult because it is remotely located.

The pools are nice. The breakfast was excellent and also the restaurant at the pool served great food. The beach activities were also fun, offering a variety of water sports (like SUP, kayaking, canoeing and sailing)

The staff is a bit hit and miss. Some people clearly don’t want to be working there but some were very friendly. The room we stayed at was very basic. Not what I would call a four star room.

The room was great. The hotel area is very big, so they always help us with our luggage. The gardens are very beautiful and well treated. The beach is great and just in front of the hotel. The swimming pool is very clean and gorgeous. The food is very good. I will be back for sure

The breakfasts can be very noisy, the hotel is very big, everyone will be at the same place around the same time. The hotel has an amazing garden around all areas, including the swimming pool, it is full of mosquitoes, they should have some signs about it. Many people are smoking at the beach, nearby adults and children. Some beach staff are not like the rest of the staff, they give classes for free but others have to pay,I did not understand and did not explain either.

Does feel like you have to pay for absolutely everything. Any opportunity there is to charge you for something they will. There’s no shop to buy a snack so you are forced to go to a restaurant and pay for lunch/ brunch. No water was ever given to us so You have to pay for the over priced water.
