Excellent free shuttle to and from airport. Lovely swimming pool. Open till 9. Lovely spacious comfortable triple room with balcony and sea view. We were lucky - all rooms don’t have this but we were at a corner of the building and had this. As we left too early for included breakfast, we could request the previous night for a breakfast bag to collect at checkout. Simple packet croissant jam juice. Much appreciated. Nice restaurant for evening meal. Not over priced. Just over £200 for one night. Not cheap but exactly what we needed for catching an early flight and we would stay here again in similar circumstances.

The hotel's location is excellent if you need to get to the airport quickly. It's literally a 3-minute ride on the FREE hotel shuttle. The hotel reception staff were incredibly polite and helpful. We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and it definitely wasn't check-in time yet, but we waited about 40 minutes and our room was ready. The receptionists didn't have to but they helped us check in quickly and efficiently and set off to explore the city as quickly as possible. Thank you for your kindness! The next day, the reception staff were also very friendly and printed out our boarding passes. Thank you again! The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and we definitely recommend this hotel!

Very close to Bari international airport and free shuttle. Room is big, good shower, double bed is huge and comfy - but pillows need update… Breakfast was ok, varied but not that appealing. Nice garden. Swimming pools are fantastic and spa (included for free if you book via Booking.com!) was great, with all the water and lights effects. Super relaxing if not too busy! Dinner was ok too.

Staff could be happier… pillows are not great, lumpy! Breakfast could improve, Wi-Fi in the room was very - very poor! Do not stay for more than a day, if you intend to visit Bari… it’s a costly 30min taxi drive to the city, 45 mins by bus to the nearest beach and nowhere decent close by to eat or to see in case you want to wonder around the nearby area.

This is a typical business hotel close to the airport. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Reception was friendly and efficient. We caught the train to Bari from the nearby Europa station. Breakfast was reasonable except the coffee which was horrible, coming from a Nescafé cappuccino machine. Dinner was absolutely excellent and very reasonably priced. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport which was great.

Free airport shuttle. Convenient location if you just need to sleep close to airport. Very clean. Nice beds and lovely shower. Great pillows. Lots of space. Outlets beside bed. Easy to adjust room temperature. All in all a great room. I asked for a late check out, that was no problem at all. Thanks.

Be aware you might have to call several times to get through on the phone number, for the airport shuttle. I tried 5 times before I could reach them. The breakfast is pretty scarce. The scrambled eggs where empty for the whole time I had breakfast. In general it does not live up to international standards at all. The service at the hotel bar was not very friendly. After waiting for 10 minutes without anyone showing up, I had to go into the restaurant and ask a waiter there, if he could send someone to attend the bar.

A perfect solution if you have to spend a night in the airport waiting for the connection flight. You can order a free shuttle that bring you from the airport and back to it at any time. If you have to leave early in the morning just ask for morning snacks at the reception or restaurant counter. The room was absolutely insulated from noise, bottles of water, a kettle along with some tea and instant coffee are provided.

We chose this hotel due to free transfer from/to Bari airport. Our flight was delayed and arrived after 22:30 but no problem to catch the shuttle service. Spa access was also nice and we could relax in jacuzzi even though only half an hour or so.

The staff was very friendly, spotless clean, facilities were a big plus, the gym, pool and spa were great to spend remaining time on a rainy day. Rooms were modern, clean and confortable, we liked it a lot The shuttle service (24h) is a big big plus. To go to town you got the train or taxi.

The only downside is that the restaurant opens at 8pm for dinner and not before. Not many choices in the surrounding area, had to order delivery to avoid late dinner (very early flight in the morning)

Came for a business meeting for 1 day, they attended to all my needs. They offer complimentary shuttle services between the hotel and the airport, that is working 24/7. They provide clear instructions to make it easy for the travelers to be taken from the airport to the hotel. They also offered me complimentary access to SPA/pool which I did not use to my tight schedule.

We have stayed here numerous times we enjoyed the staff and the property facilities.

Over the years guestroom amenities, such as Kleenex, two garbage cans have deteriorated. Breakfast offerings have changed over the years and unless you’re there very first at opening as I understand things are a bit picked over.
