Room and bathroom were very good and the breakfast was fantastic. Just a feedback that might help improve the room was if there was some subscription on TV for Netflix and Amazon... One more thing to improve is if hotel provides a guidelines on how to use the bus to go around. I thought it was easy to do using my google map and the info out up onto stations in there but it turned out it was more complicated that that. If I were the hotel manager i would create a flyer just explaining couple things like: Time for bus departures and arrivals may vary from day to day! tickets you buy from Tabbaccheria and they are closed from sometime around noon I guess up until 3 PM. I mean some information would really help so much if hotel offers when guests check in. A small conversation would also do. Some years back I was running similar business and i would start a small conversation with my guests at their arriavl knowing if they might need some of my advices.

Everything was good or vey good. so there was nothing that we didnt like about it.

Free breakfast provided which is great, various kind of food available to choose. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly (with some candies as complimentary). Price is reasonable (lower than other places in Italy). Parking lot is available.

We booked 4 rooms. Three rooms are great, but one room that we got is for disable person (even though there is no disable person in our group). With this room type, in bathroom, there is no separate zone between wet and dry area (floor level of the shower area is the same with the dry area). With that, the bathroom was wet and almost flooded every time that we took a shower. It would be better if next time the staffs are more careful when assigning the room for guests.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was fantastic — the room was clean and comfortable, the food was great, and the location perfect. But most of all, the staff were truly outstanding: incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. We had some unexpected car troubles during our trip, and they went out of their way to assist us. Even when we accidentally left something behind after check-out, they immediately reached out and did everything they could to help us recover it. We are so grateful for their support and can’t recommend this hotel enough!

We had some problems with our rented car. Giorgia and Eliza, at the reception were very helpful and kind. Giorgia helped to call for roadside assistance from our car rental company and got help for us to repair the car at a nearby service centre. She provided us lots of help during this entire episode of car issue. Really grateful for her help without which we will have problem trying to communicate in Italian to the roadside assistance. Big supermarket opposite the hotel. Well stocked supermarket.

That is very central for the activities we wanted to do

The breakfast is always the same, we understand it is a standard breakfast but some variety will be great, we were one week and after the third day it was already bored. In a separate note, the room was so hot and we couldn’t regulate the temperature unless we open the window.

The rooms were nice and the bathroom was amazing, also the breakfast was perfect.

No outside space, no terrace, no table nor chairs, nothing. No facilities, nothing, bar, restaurant, gym, sauna, pool, this is not a 4 star hotel They didn’t add the city tax to the invoice, the invoice should be on the whole price paid on booking not only on 176€

Very modern and has everything you need to feel comfortable especially after hiking the Dolomites. The showers are great and nice and hot. The breakfast was phenomenal. We were on the second floor and had a great view of the park and mountains. Def a great value. Close to supermarket, shops and restaurant.

There was no air conditioning, but at least had a medium fan. A bit of a walk from the downtown area, but it didn’t bother us too much.

Staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was very generous with lots of options. Parking onsite was convenient. One of the most affordable places around and it exceeded our expectations!

The queen bed had a big dip in the middle. The people in the room above us were stomping around a bit late at night and we could hear them - although not much you can do about that other than using earplugs.

Hands down, the best Hotel that Ive been into in Italy. Breakfast Italian Style but really good, Room, big enough with a big size TV, really clean, but the highlight of the room Was the Bathroom. The Bathroom in this hotel was the best that Ive seen in a hot in Italy. Clean, big, with a big shower. Internet quality really good, also worked from there and everything was really ok.

Nothing that I can think about. The parking situation can be complicated but there are enough places that you can find in walking distance.

It was a great stay in Belluno Hotel for four people (two rooms). Breakfast was really good, personnel was friendly and explained everything nicely.

Our room was clean but deeper cleaning for bathroom is needed for sure - floors were not cleaned properly. Also, one room had all stuff needed for stay (slippers, toothbrushes, etc.) and our room not.
