The room was spacious and modern. Good bed and plenty of sockets around the room. Bathroom was also modern with powerful shower. The hotel's location is good and have excellent views from the bar balcony.

The fancy air conditioning was almost non existent. Even when set to 16 the room wasn't cooled down at all which made it a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was a little basic.

Parking is hit and miss- hotel parking limited and off street parking by meter if you can find a space- traffic persons will put a ticket on the car if you don't have a valid parking ticket- max time 45 minutes and it starts at 8am in the morning.

This hotel is in a perfect Belluno location. You're within walking distance of the bus station and then right outside the town plaza. We took advantage of the jacuzzi tub after being on Alta Via 1 for a week and there was a spa available on the lower levels. Breakfast was easy and of restaurant quality. You just filled out a form on arrival and the next morning sat down to a waited meal.

Honestly, I cant think of anything they could have improved.

Very elegant rooms. Attention to all details. Spotlessly clean, nice architectural solutions, superb view to the city and the Alps. Strongly recommended with the only concern of bar customers at night.

The hotel offers a bar that can get a little noisy at night. We were able to hear people laughing and talking loudly outsite the bar and under the apartment's wimdows.

Parking is down some tight very tight roads- breath in... but good once i found the garage- all okay.

Great location in Centre city. The hotel provided great views of the valley below and the mountains. The hotel had a large patio area with great views. It was the 'happening' place in town. The menu was somewhat limited but the food was great as was the service. The hotel was very accommodating to relocate us after the first night to an upper-floor unit when it became available. The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to go online to find us a bus schedule to Cortina where we wanted to go to better see the Dolomites. She even identified the best times needed to make the needed transfer/connection. All in all this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.

The mattress was too firm but we have found that the beds at all the hotels we've stayed at during our three months traveling in Italy were too firm for us. They did have flatter pillows that we liked. We found the television unduly complicated and frustrating to use and log on to. It was a 'Smart' TV but trying to use its features was frustrating to the point we gave up and simply used our laptop to watch a movie in bed.

Huge, fabulous room, floor to ceiling glass shower bathroom. Fantastic restaurant with great views. Wonderful breakfast. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant and hotel was THE very popular place to be. So glad we stayed here.

The WIFI-ACCESS was automatically disconnecting frequently, and didn't work (amost hopeless)! I had trouble with my bicycle, and they even had an air pump for the tires! On the terrasse the service was average to slow for 4 Star Hotel. For cyclists you had no real ability to wash or dry closes...

Big room, nice views. Decent soundproofing to outside noise (although not great to other rooms) Great breakfast. Big shower with great water pressure. Bed firm but not rock-hard.

Beautiful view, spacious room and very comfortable beds. Breakfasts and dinners are amazing, kid loves it. Very friendly receptionist. The hotel car park was full, but the public car park (at low cost) was convenient with the escalator.
