-The rooms were very clean. -The garden and the pool were great. -The prices of the food at the restaurant were great. -Pizza was the best ! -We were offered an upgraded room because there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom of the initial room we stayed.

-Breakfast was a very basic one : the ham was the same every day, with clear signs of dryness, no vegetables ( tomatoes, cucumbers, salad) - the owner told us that they were not obliged by law to provide vegetables at breakfast. Even though there was a sign on the table that said cold / hot milk, you needed to ask for it every day. Coffee was not so good. - They charged us coperto tax at their restaurant even if we were their guests at the hotel. -The menu almost every time lacked some dishes ( especially deserts ). - There were no glasses to drink in the room/bathroom. - The owner organized 3 parties in the garden in 3 diferent nights so there was very loud music until midnight.

The exceptional garden beautifully taken care of. The swimming pool was super as well and not crowded. The family who runs the place was super welcoming and made us feel like we were staying with friends. The renovated rooms are very well furnished and decoarated, please ask for it when you book at this hotel. A party was organized that afternoon for external customers and they very kindly invited us to dance and enjoy the bar at the swimming pool with them. We appreciated it very much to discover the Sardinian hospitality !

The not renovated rooms have not so comfortable beds and don’t choose one if you are tall you won’t fit in the bed

- some rooms are indeed newer, the others ones are really old with small bathrooms - bad location, far from everything, there is nothing to do. This doesn’t mean you’ll get a quiet stay, there were 3 parties while we were there. - they charge coperto per person on every night you eat there, even though we stayed there, a bit weird - breakfast was basic, they were not open to suggestions from us (we would have liked some tomatoes, especially since we stayed for 9 nights). One type of ham, one type of cheese, cold hard boiled eggs. No milk, no hot water for tea (you have to ask for it) which is weird

We stayed for a couple of days with our family of 3 at the hotel. We have got a newer room. There are various rooms at the property, and we had a chance to live in a renovated one. It was very beautifully decorated. The hotel on its own is very cosy and charming. There are lots of flowers and greenery in the garden. It also has a restaurant, so it is possible to eat in the evening there; however, they charge a Coperto to their guests as well. Food is delicious. I would recommend black pasta, it is finger-licking. We also had breakfast included, which was nice. Rooms were cleaned daily, including a change of towels and bed sheets. There is a small fridge in the room, along with air conditioning. There is a swimming pool, and our daughter loved to spend time there. Also possible to bring drinks from the bar to the swimming pool area, which is nice for parents. Staff are very friendly and helpful. While living in Benetutti, we have visited the free Thermes, went to the sea village Bosa (really beautiful), and went to the highest point of Sardinia: Mount La Marmora (half a day trip).

Noise isolation could be better. At night, when people talk in corridors, everything is very well heard. I had to use earplugs. Also, I was suffering from the innerspring mattresses. Once someone moves, the mattress vibrates and another person wakes up easily. In comparison with foam mattresses, a sprung mattress was annoying to sleep on as a couple. But perhaps I am just too sensitive. Glasses/cups were missing in the room. There were drinks in the fridge but no cups or glasses to use. The English proficiency of the personnel interacting with guests could be improved.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast service. Lovely atmosphere. Good location in the central north of Sardinia meant that I could access the west, east and north coasts with only an hot or so drive. An interesting variety of people that were staying at the hotel or visiting the restaurant for dinner. Great swimming pool. And the best figs I have tasted that came straight from the tree on the hotel property!

The room I stayed in had a leaky shower door that meant the water spilled out across the bathroom floor every time I had a shower.

Very friendly staff. We booked 2 rooms, 1 room was renovated, beautiful style. Also the "older" more classic style room was very comfortable. Our room had a nice view. Swimming pool is a plus. A bit far from the beach and cities but I do not regret staying at the hotel. The restaurant is 1 of the best ones we had during our holiday.

Beautiful new renovated rooms. Excellent dinner of local specialities. Kind and available staff. The bed was very comfortable with two types of pillows, soft and hard, which I really appreciated. Private balcony overlooking the pool area and the valley beyond. Great view point for the sunset. Great breakfast and a great location with plenty of parking. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Really wonderful hotel in the domestic of Sardegna. Authentic with a beautiful pool and a green garden. Books and art everywhere. Nice staff. The food in the restaurant was really delicious and very affordable.

The beds were not really comfortable. We had a room for 4 persons, but 2 beds didn't take advantage of the air conditioning.

Very welcoming and on the edge of town so parking was easy. The room was good for sleeping and the patio was great for relaxing and a bottle of wine! The on-site restaurant served delicious food. The pizza was a hit.

The room layout was a little awkward for 4 but it worked
