This is a fantastic place to stay in Benevento. The apartment was really spacious, clean and very comfortable. There was a well stacked kitchen with a great welcome basket, full of cakes, croissants, coffee etc, etc. The sitting area was lovely and the TV there was a smart TV with Netflix and more. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and super comfortable. For a couple we had more room than we needed. The owner Marco was really easy to deal with and everything ran very smoothly. The location is also great, just opposite the Roman Theatre and close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast of croissants was in the cafe 1 min walk and they were delicious. We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Benevento. From the moment we arrived, Marco welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, reflecting great care and dedication. To top it all off, Marco had arranged a delicious and abundant breakfast for us — a lovely touch that made our morning even more special. The location is also ideal, right in front of the stunning Roman Theatre, making it easy to explore the historical center on foot. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Benevento. Highly recommended!

We had an enjoyable stay at B&B Teatro Romano. It is conveniently located near the city center and has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, separate bedroom and bathroom. We were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine which was a beautiful touch and were provided with plenty of biscuits, coffee, tea and coffee. Marco, the host, has been absolutely kind and very helpful throughout our stay, which made our travel much more convenient and enjoyable. We also enjoyed a delicious croissant and cappuccino for breakfast at the nearby panificio. There is ample parking at the piazza nearby. We definitely recommend B&B Teatro Romano for a stay in Benevento

Beautifully appointed, clean and generous space. Location was ideal and our wonderful Host Marco (and family) made our stay an authentic Italian get away in Benevento. Marco could not have gone out of his way any more with introductions to Benevento and the people, reservations to restaurants and making us feel at home. We would highly recommend going to Benevento and staying at B&B AL TEATRO ROMANO.

Marco & Sonia arranged fresh cornetti for breakfast at the local pasticceria which were delicious! It was in easy walking distance to the Roman Theatre (right next door) and a short way to the pedestrian area of Corso Garibaldi (with Santa Sofia & Trajan’s arch). Though we were only there for one night, it would have been a great spot for a few more days with so much room for just the two of us.

Everything we needed and very clean and neat. The host welcomed us on the street and showed us where to park. And he was very kind to order fresh cornettos for us at the bakery we could pick up the next day free of charge. He was also very quick to give us recommendations for restaurants. Would recommend! Also very good location to explore the city on foot

The B&B was perfectly located for our (family of 4) 1-night exploration of Benevento. Situated in a calm corner within the ancient city walls, close to a public parking opportunity and a nice bakery, it allowed us to explore the nearby Roman theatre as well as the wider city centre. The small ground-level apartment is well-equipped for a simple, short stay.

Only thing to "nag" about is the bedroom door, which was broken (it seemed) and couldn't be shut. o problem if you're just two, but a bit annoying if you're 4.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recommend!! A cool, comfortable, well-appointed apartment in the astonishing, ancient heart of Benevento. Perfect for our young family with a selection of complimentary food supplies and milk. Pizzeria and café a stone’s throw away! Marcus helped us unload our car and gave us such a warm welcome. We would stay here again without hesitation.

This is an interesting conversion of the ground floor of an existing building into a small but complete apartment. It has a full range of kitchen equipment, dining area and living room area with sofa. The owner is very hands on with appropriate information regarding access, by means of text. Plenty of provisions for breakfast and snacks are provided, and the owner also reserves a fresh pastry at the nearby pasticceria to be collected for breakfast. It is not in the centre of the town, but is within easy walking distance, and is very close to probably the best restaurant in Benevento, Sapori, in via San Cristiano.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and opens directly on to the street. This means that, with the window open, one can here noises from the street and the houses behind. This did not interrupt my sleep, but some people may find listening to other people's conversations a little annoying.

Everything about this was wonderful. The apartment is beautifully renovated, yet kept all the original charm and beauty. The host is amazing. I felt like more a friend than a guest and he was so helpful and flexible with check-in. He gave us good restaurant recommendations as well.
