Clean, Modern, Nice Location

Maybe add two Chairs and a Table to the balcony. The maindoor to the Street was locked when we left. It was difficult to leave when we checked out, because we left our Room Keys like discussed in the Apartment. All other days the door was open.

Spacious, clean and modern. And everything worked nicely.

To have included breakfast at a nearby caffe would be a great initiative.

Location was excellent. Maurizio welcomed us at checkin .

The sound transferred from room to room. Smoke from an adjoining room was coming into our room and noisy neighbours on night 1.

Breakfast was a coffee machine and food in plastic containers - self-serve. The so called "resort" was in fact a room in an urban apartment. Clean, contemporary and sparse but comfortable. Not what we expected from the name but it worked for a one night stay.

Room was very modern with a balcony. The location was right by one of the main streets.

it was hard to find, as the name of the accommodation was not on the door. The breakfast consisted of packaged cakes only.

This is a room in a recently renovated apartment, which is well located for the historic part of the town, although in a "modern" building. It is well appointed and spotlessly clean, with a balcony which would be usable if a chair was provided. All facilities for coffee, tea, etc. are provided within the room, including cakes and biscuits. It is not a full breakfast, but doesn't really matter, as there is a caffe on the street immediately outside the building.

The entrance to the main building is not obvious, being a common entrance with the commercial part of the building. Without google maps I doubt if I would have found it. The arrangements for check-in were a little haphazard, involving being asked by text message to make a phone call 15 minutes before arrival. All this information should be put on the booking confirmation. And why no chair for the balcony?
