The owners and the staff are absolutely amazing. I think all of them are part of one big family, as I presume that the hotel and the restaurant are family-owned. I have never experienced such a warm and welcoming attitude as here. Always greeted with good morning, good day, or good evening. Always having a smile on their faces. Work ethic is at the highest level. Always moving, tidying, cleaning, and preparing like a swarm of working bees. My 8 year old daughter and I are picky eaters, and they went out of their way to accommodate us with custom foods that were not on the preplanned menu! Food was super delicious! Thank you again to all of you! I had a great time! The beach is 400m away, or a 5-minute walk. The city center with all the nightlife is 50m away.

It is practically impossible not to transfer some of the sand from the beach into the hotel room, be it on the legs or under the swimsuit. Rooms are tidied, towels on the floor are exchanged, and the cleaning staff makes the bed every day. I would also suggest vacuuming the floor daily, as sand is really annoying, accumulating on the floor and is transferred into bed as it sticks to the feet when walking in the room.

We had a very pleasant staying at hotel Milano. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was were clean and the breakfast so rich and delicious.

The room was not very big, but we only spent 2 nights there so we were just fine with less luggages.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Went also for dinner and really liked it. Will come again.

Everything was fine for me. There isn't really anything that I didn't like.

It was a very pleasant stay in this hotel, didn’t even expect daily cleaning of the room. Breakfast,coffee,restaurant,personnel was all amazing. AC in the hot weather and balcony for drying of clothes was helpful as well.

Only weakness was the bed,which was in fact too hard.

- VERY kind staff - breakfast, dinner (I mean food in general) - parking, beach sunshade with deck chairs included - rooftop jacuzzi - silent and working AC - nice balcony - great location with lot of restaurants, shops and gaming lounges around - staff speaks IT/DE/EN no problem - dinner menu available even in Czech? Wow. A+ for effort - did I mention very helpful and kind personnel?

The only con would be non-existent sound isolation between the rooms. But that seems to be common in all beach hotels in Italy AND it was quiet at night during our stay.

Small room, short and very hard double bed. Did not get information at the reception about facilities or wifi. Coffee was of really poor quality for italy.

Very clean room, parking next to the hotel, beach closer than we thought) Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is in the hotel and very good. The menu is good and the food is deliciousI for half board as well. I don't know what to add) The hotel is very nice and good for a weekend or vacation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to parking our car. The breakfast was very good.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and worn out.
