Very nice and quiet area. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. There's a paid parking lot directly behind the hotel and there are shades over the parking spots. The beach umbrella was included in the price which was very nice. Breakfast was served in another hotel nearby which was weird but other than that it was great. Very generous selection, eggs, bacon, ham but also fruits and vegetables and sweet cakes and such. Very pleasant surprise.

The hotel is ancient, probably built in the 70s and left like that with minor upgrades. It smells old, looks old and feels old. The ceiling paint was falling off and the bathroom needs serious renovation. This doesn't particularly bother us but it should be noted.

The hotel was very close to the main walking street, that are crowded in the evenings, but the rooms were peaceful. We stayed 3 nights in one of the apartment (2 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen). The staff was kind and helpful. They speak German, and some English as well. They gave voucher for bed and umbrella at the beach. Beach is close approx 500m. Hotel is dog friendly. A nice dog beach is approx 2km by walk. Hotel also gave voucher to the dog beach. Dog beach is very recommended. A lot of space and well equipped. There is A/C, which is a must during the hot days. Has nice breakfast. Every morning they asked us if they can prepare omlet for us. It was great. There are a lot of gelaterias and restaurants in walking distance. There is a parking lot in the backyard.

Bibione is a good place for people who like being on the beach and like nightlife/shopping, but there is not much else to do there. Some walking to the lighthouse in the morning is a good choice to watch the sunrise. At the breakfast there could be some more kind of bakery product.

Very good location, a short walk from the nice beach, with magnificent gelato halfway  , also close to shops, restaurants. Friendly place with nice staff and good breakfast. Room price included beach beds and umbrella, great value for the money. Handsome, really tidy, clean hotel, charming in-room safe solution, maybe the most effective air conditioner we have ever experienced.

The hotel is located conveniently in the city centre, it is a comfortable walking distance from the beach. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, which are included in the price, which is excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive, although English is not a strong side of the personnel in Bibione in general, they can speak good German and even in English, you will get by. The gentleman from the reception is also a bartender and is very kind and welcoming. We liked the breakfast, there was a decent choice of salty and sweet food. Parking place was large, safe and covered from the sun.

It would be great if they could include some vegetables and fruit at the breakfast and also sometimes change the selection of food.

Good and clean room with AC, good selection for breakfast, rentable bikes for free, spot on the beach, hotel is near the beach, lovely staff, daily room cleaning, place to park, good pizza and gelato around a corner.

This hotel has very good, family vibes, stuff was very helpful, room was very clean. Location is near to the beach and center of the Bibione, but in the street where you can´t hear loud noises from outside. Breakfast were delicious every morning, there was a lot to choose from.

Breakfast was outside the hotel. It took several minutes wolking to reach the other hotel where breakfast was. 4 days NO INTERNET at all!

very good location, fair breakfast (however no vegetables like tomato, the rest was ok). Nice and quite large bathroom, room furniture older but clean, would be nice to have a fridge or minibar in the room :)

Beach umbrella and sunbeds not included in room rate if you are for short stay. Ok, however should have been mentioned somewhere in hotel description / conditions....

Very good value for money, parking in the shade, very clean. Breakfast adequate (at the price I paid I regard it as free, so it was a bonus). Staff very Italian, almost exclusively occupied by Italians.

Everything was fine. Not a luxury resort, though. Buyer beware.

I liked pretty much everything. The hotel gains a lot of points because it has its own parking and the rooms have their balcony (don't know if every room, but ours did)?

Everything was OK, except the fact that we had not soap in the bathroom.
