The agency is open during 9-19 h and the room was ready prior our arrival. No deposit was needed. The location is perfect - shops, restaurants, gelato - just around the corner. Decent Wi-fi in the apartment. We've got also voucher for sun umbrella and chairs on the beach, but couldnt find them. The swimming pool on the rooftop is cool, onpen during the whole day.

We had the apartment facing north - in the early morning very noisy on the street, in the evening as well. The furniture is old and the smell from the wardrobe was like at my granmas. The aircon was not cooling. The beds were not comfy at all. We were travelling with 2 small kids and did not provided any towels for them, only for adults.

We enjoy the place..Enough space for 2 people, for 4 it will be too less.

I expected more about the luxury, comfort ... Furniture is old, and that makes impression of cheap style.. Otherwise it is good place for long stay

The flat is rented by the EUROPA group, which owns numerous properties in Bibione. On the plus are: very good location, close to the sea. Very nice swimming pool on the roof of the building. The flat has well working air conditioning and a wide balcony (terrace). A nice touch was the invitation by EUROPE to a party with spaghetti and entertainments for the children.

It is tiring that you have to pick up and return the keys to the EUROPA office in the other part of the city. There are a few items missing in the apartment, such as a kettle or a cheese grater, dishwashing liquid, toilet papers, etc. Lack of Internet in the apartment is totally unacceptable!! Confusing thing about cleaning the apartment. We received the message: the apartment must be left in order and perfectly clean (…) otherwise you should pay a charge of € 40 / 80.00 for cleaning. What's that supposed to mean?! Should we clean the apartment for the landlord? If the idea was not to destroy the flat, they should write it in different way because now it sounds like they expect that we are going to do the work that the landlord should do. Last thing - the furniture remembers the 90's. It is right time for refreshing!
