Very good location- quiet but still near the beach. Super option for those who do not like huge blocks of flats with crowded pools. Also good option for friends or family as 2 separated bedrooms offer enough privacy for good price.

Kettle was not functional. However when claimed at the reception a new one was immediately given

Good location. It was big enough for a 4 person family. It had 2 seperate bedrooms. Nice shower in the bathroom.

Deposit.

Parking lot is located right in front of the hotel with sufficient space. Beach is only a few hundred meters away. Lots of space at your fixed beach lounge. Shopping mile is down the road only 50m away from the hotel.

Rooms could be a bit larger.

Location is very good with the beach very close; there‘s two sleeping rooms which is perfect if you have a little one (1.5yrs) with you; parking space for every appartment (it’s not that tiny as described by others, you just need to be able to handle your car…:-), we have a BMW X3 and it was no problem);

there is 3 balconies but none of them is really nice to sit outside; could have been cleaner overall, especially the floors; the pool is with a partner hotel (Hotel President) so not directly linked to the appartment building (and the pool is pretty chilly so not ideal for little ones); if they could partner up with the Palace Hotel, would be much nicer;

Super friendly, amazing staff! The apartment was great. Comfortable beds! Everything was brand new! Location is very good, the beach very close. We will book this apartment again next year!

The bathroom especially the shower is awesome. Everything is new and clean and tidy.

Once the fire alarm was triggered but I assume it was not their fault.

Super friendly staff! Upon arrival we got a coffee and a complimentary upgrade. The apartment was great, we loved the bathroom. Plenty of parking space.

Nice and comfortable apartment. Good location, easy to reach both the beach and main street of Bibione. Helpful and friendly staff.

The room smelled like urine, there was a liquid leaking on the floor in the kitchen. After we made a complaint and the room was recleaned, we overheard the cleaning staff complaining about us. Also something crazy was the fact that you have to pay 50€ extra to use the kitchen. Parking was an issue. Also the swimming pool is located in a nearby hotel. All together a very bad expirience.
