Perfect location, minutes from the kite schools and launch spots. If you get a sea view room you will have a beautiful view of the lagoon. All the bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. Massimo made everything very easy for us, helping us to arrange airport transfers even late at night and early in the morning, and organising bike rental (he also offers car and scooter rental which we didn’t use). Caterina is wonderful and makes great breakfasts each morning and takes care of the hotel. We slept excellently, and didn’t want to leave!

The water in the shower / bathroom is salty, I would buy bottled water to drink.

The highlight of the property is the kind staff and the safe tranquil area. The staff were very communicative to our needs. We enjoyed the breakfasts, probably one of the best we’ve had and we have stayed at many hotels. It is rich and full of delicious cake and eggs and juices and basically gave us wonderful start to each day! For those who like kite surfing this is the place to stay. We didn’t do kite surfing but it was still convenient for us. Thank you so much!

Really nice location in Birgi Vecchi. It is a perfect place to stay if you would like to do kite surfing, or visiting the Marsala and Trapani region of Sicily. The kite surfing schools are within walking distance, many bars and restaurants as well. Our room was great with a small garden part. The accomadation has a small bar, with all kind alcoholic and non-alholic of beverages and the breakfast is also served there. I would like to mention namely the hosts, Massimo and Caterina who were exceptional hosts, were very kind and helpful. Catarina's bruschetta and tuna sandwiches were making our mornings great. I hope we can go back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Kite Hub Lo Stagnone! Our group consisted of four people, and we were all impressed by the experience. The hotel owner, Massimo, is an extremely honorable and customer-oriented person who gave us a warm welcome. The shuttle service to and from the airport, personally conducted by Massimo, was incredibly convenient and professional. It was reassuring to know that we could travel comfortably and stress-free in this manner. The rooms were cozy, and the hotel's surroundings were simply enchanting. We were particularly delighted by the self-service concept for drinks and snacks. It was so pleasant to help ourselves and settle the bill before departure. Massimo displayed exceptional trust in his guests, which is a rare find these days. We used Kite Hub Lo Stagnone almost by chance for one night as we had an early flight from the nearby airport after spending time in Catania. However, it turned out to be a fantastic decision! The hotel has a familial and friendly atmosphere and is situated in a beautiful location. It is highly recommended for a relaxing time with some sports activities. The rooms were a bit noisy. You hear other people waking up, going out of their rooms… but that’s part of staying in a guesthouse.

I stayed here for a week (last week of March 2023) and was working in the mornings and kiting in the afternoons. Firstly, it is important to say that the wifi is good and reliable for remote work. Secondly, the location was literally 3mins walk from the lagoon and spot where I could launch. The room was also a very good size, super comfortable beds and pillows, and I really liked there was an outside space with a hose and where I could hang up my stuff to dry. The B&B host Massimo was very friendly, kind and helpful especially since I was on my own without a car. He can arrange rentals for a bike, scooter or a car to the B&B if you need one.

This B&B is right on the spot and Caterina is a great host who makes an awesome breakfast every day. Being able to use the kitchen as a guest with a provided fridge is great as well.

A fabulous location with beautiful views. Massimo was a fabulous host who did everything possible enhance our stay. He provided an excellent airport transfer and was extremely helpful. Breakfast was really wonderful - a great variety of fresh produce including fruits, fresh baked cakes, made to order omlettes and coffees - all served with a smile by a lovely hostess.

Excelent location just in front of the sea. Massimo with Catarina are managing this place with full commitment. Great communication, support, local tips. And I must not forget - the best authentic breakfast every day fresh with home made cakes!
