The breakfast was very good, and plenty of it. The breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful. Acces to free bikes was an added bonus. The hotel itself was very nice and kept very clean.

The reception staff were welcoming on arrival, and spoke quite good English. When we reported that our rooms min fringe was not working, and asked if they would replace it. We were told that they couldn’t replace it. We asked again the next day. And the same receptionist decided he didn’t understand what were asking, as he didn’t speak English !!!! Very rude. They replaced it in the end.

Breakfast was great. The rooms were quite clean.

They charged us extra water bottles that we did not even use. After talking with the person, he removed it from the bill, but that was a bad experience. Especially, the way he talked to us. The last day breakfast was a bad experience since they were understaff and we had to wait for a long time for simplest things or a coffee. No elevator.

The building is very modern. Our room on the ground floor was spacious with a fantastic marble bathroom. The king size bed was super comfortable . The breakfast was very good with savoury and sweet items, yoghurt and different flavours of fruit juice, as well as tea or coffee.

We knew where it was located , so this isn’t a criticism, but you need a car to travel to Marsala. There is nothing close by to see.

Friendliest personnel so far in Sicily! Two nights were too little time to discover Marsala and in this new and beautiful hotel. The hotel director managed to get us a place on short notice (big thank you!) to visit the islands Favignana and Levanzo, which was another highlight of our trip through Sicily. It's a must-see. You'll see why ;).

Clean, newly remodeled, comfortable bed. The BEST part of our stay were the hosts! They are two of the BEST people we met in Sicily! They made us feel so welcome! We would come back to Sicily just to see them!

Parking is a wee problem.

The staff went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. Sofia was very attentive to our needs. The hotel has a very calming energy. There was a beautiful breakfast spread. Everything was clean and comfortable. A great value for the price.

Sophia was a Great employee and took care of us and our needs :) the room was new, clean, had an ac and a refrigerator!

The location of the hotel was a bit far away from any kind of city life. If you want to go there, a rental car is definitely recommend

Clean & spacious room, off road parking, great continental breakfast . We choose this hotel as it is only a short drive away from the airport to catch our morning flight.

The breakfast was varied, the staff also asked if any of us had any intolerances. Staff were very helpful even in suggesting where to go and in which to dine in. Rooms and hotel in general met our needs.
