A Truly Exceptional Stay – 10/10 in Every Way From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The property itself is stunning—immaculately maintained grounds, beautifully designed spaces, and an atmosphere of true relaxation and elegance. The management and staff were outstanding: warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail. It was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The variety of options was impressive, but even more memorable was the quality of preparation and presentation. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and delicious—far above typical hotel fare. This was one of the most seamless, enjoyable accommodations I’ve ever experienced. I’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless hospitality experience.

This property is gorgeous. I had much lower expectations from viewing online, and was surprised when we arrived as it was exceptional. I wish we had time to enjoy the facilities.

Unfortunately on our room wing, every time a guest opened the secure door to the wing, the room doors would loudly bang due to the air movement from the hallway. It was excessively loud and woke me tho king someone was trying to force the door to our room. Also, it may have been due to off season and low guest count, but the workers were doing work late into the night. They were moving some large equipment or something below the rooms and it was extremely disruptive. The room was shaking and it was very loud. I don’t usually complain about noise but these two issues took away from my enjoyment of the stay.

The grounds were beautiful and huge and the whole place looks great, The pool area and yurt type " bungalows" were hidden in greenspace! I think it was an old winery in Marsala and now also a conference and event/ reception space. Breakfast was so varied and top notch quality. Rooms were spacious and had a cute outdoor space. Reception greeting and check in was friendly and efficient. Plus only a 5 min drive to old town free parking outside Porta Nuova!

You have to " buy" or rent a pool towel and you have to also buy a bathing cap if you do not have one in order to use the pool. Also when you exit property if they don't open the gate you need to get out of car and press the button. A bit annoying but o ly occasionally.

We only stayed one night here so I splurged and booked the suite with the jacuzzi and it was well worth the expense. I wish we could've stayed longer. The room and bathroom were luxurious, generously sized, comfortable, well-furnished and stylish. Loved the big rain shower. There was a separate room for the Jacuzzi and a very large sunny terrace with chaise lounges, a swinging chair, and a table and chair set. The villa and property are beautifully kept and there is plenty of parking. Breakfast was available and offered plenty of options. It was a relaxing stay.

I was looking forward to relaxing in the pool, but swimming caps are required (you can buy one there) even if you have short hair or don't put your head in the water.

Pool area and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast is very nice, but is mainly sweet rather than savoury. The bungalow is perfect for a couple and good value for money. Location is good with a nice sea view from the main part of the hotel but a car is recommended unless you are willing to walk or pay for taxis (which the hotel does offer).

The dinner menu was quite small. The bar closed early on one night which was disappointing (but was lovely on the other night). Would be nice if you could order drinks from the poolside area.

The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The breakfast room and the food were outstanding.

The room was modern and well decorated although not ideal for 2 women friends as the shower and tub are enclosed by glass only without any privacy and there is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom . The access road or very well hidden! It is a dangerous corner to pull out onto the main road

Me and my daughter have just been there for 4 nights - and it was so fantastic. This place is so beautiful, the structure of the hotel is amazing, and the rooms are really nice and very clean. We upgraded our last day to a room with jacuzzi on the terrace - so amazing 🤩👍🏼 The pool area is also really nice. We would love to come back to this fantastic place. The breakfast was also very good.

Everything was perfect.

As you would expect from a resort hotel, there were extensive grounds housing the individual chalets, which were spacious and clean. Dinner at the hotel was excellent, and the staff were professional. Breakfast was substantial with lots of variety. Parking onsite was available. Well recommended.

The pool was brilliant and perfect for our young child. The hotel building is beautiful.

It was a little further out of town than we had anticipated and the taxi fare was 20 euros one way for a ten minute drive. If future customers wish to have inexpensive, easy access to the town centre, they would probably be better placed to book a hotel within the town centre.

Magnifique large gardens and nice pool! Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and nice sweet and salty dishes!

Bungalow would definitely need to be repeintes from the exterior, since of the room just ok, bathroom was fairly small
