It’s a lovely place in Trapani, close to the historical center and to the sea. We were warmly welcomed, kind staff, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. No complaint here :)

We were lucky but it can be a challenge to park the car in the street. Check the road cleaning schedule, the two sides of the street are cleaned on different days and you shouldn’t park there when it’s due. But you’ll be informed about this at the property too ;)

Even before we arrived at Trapani Home, Daniela, it's owner, was in constant touch with me via email and Whatsapp to understand my family's requirements before our arrival. She recommend restaurants in Trapani and the nearby towns we wanted to visit and even helped make reservations. She guided us about what we could do with our time in Trapani and helped us plan day trips. She gave us directions to the places we wanted to visit, made sure the kitchen in our apartment was stocked with the basics, the washing machine was clean, gave us washing liquid, allowed us to use the laundry drying racks on the terrace (and gave us clothes pins!), ensured we were provided with a working kitchen with implements and basic condiments, tea and coffee, WiFi and a parking facility (right outside the apartment!) for our rented car. For an extra fee we also received excellent daily full room and bathroom cleaning plus bed and bath linen changes by Daniela and her assistant, Maria. I could honestly say that returning to Trapani Home after a day of sightseeing felt like like returning to one's home- cozy, comfortable, clean, excellently located, super functional. And of course it was a bonus to meet the affable Daniela and Maria every day of our stay.

Excellent location, roomy apartment and greatest part was Daniela the manager. Daniela was everything anyone can ever expect from a property manager. Efficient, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful, compassionate and energetic. Absolutely the greatest resource of the property.

Lack of lighting and television in the living area of the apartment.

This is by far one of the nicest places I've stayed while travelling. It's such a well thought through and designed space that immediately put me in a good mood and made me feel welcomed. I liked the privacy of the individual rooms and having a living space and a kitchen kinda made it feel like I was renting an apartment. The room was spacious and bright with all the necessary amenities and the bed was massive and very comfortable. The star of the show was the bathroom with the rain shower but my favourite part was the terrace. Whoever decorated it, five stars. It's got such holiday vibes, it's like a beach bar. If the idea of me time on holiday is chilling with your book, that will be your favourite spot to hang out. I've got to also mention how helpful Daniela was, not only during check in and communicating via very detailed texts,, but also helping with my many, many questions during my stay.

Only two minor things, that I was willing to put up with because everything else was perfect: • location can feel a bit far off from the bars and the restaurants so walking to and from after a while can get a bit tiring. It's not far from the beach though so at least it can be a very scenic walk. • the curtains don't quite block light very effectively so the room gets bright early on. Combined with the loudest seagulls known to man and acoustics that carry sounds and voices through the open spaces, light sleepers might want to pack an eye mask and a pair of earbuds, just in case.

Wonderful host who answers all questions, provides recommendations and offers great hospitality. Good location = 15-20 minute walk to the historic area/harbor. Safe neighborhood with cafes and restaurants. Spacious apartment with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a nice rooftop deck to relax. Family of 4 that highly recommends! If vegetarian, check out Locanda dei Poeti restaurant… so good we went twice. And for breakfast, our favorite cafe was Sciuscia Café which is a 10 minute walk… awesome coffee and pastries. Also, took the Liberty fast ferry to Favignana, 12 euros roundtrip per person; highly recommend for an awesome day adventure. And for a winery tour, recommend Alagna Vini in Marsala, tasted 15 bottles of wine for 13.50 euros per person!

Parking is a little bit of a concern; street parking only so just pay attention to signs regarding street cleaning days where you need to move your car. We always found a spot, just might take a couple trips around the block. Just like other parts of Italy, watch where you step because owners do not pick up after their dogs.

Daniela is a really great host! She helped with everything, explained everything, was very nice. The room was clean (cleaning every 2 days) and nice. The private bathroom was also nice. The shared kitchen (with the second room) was large and had everything one needs. A big advantage was the terrace (shared with the second room) next to the room, where you can dry your clothes. The roof terrace is big, beautiful and full of flowers.

Mrs Daniela was kind and willing to help in everything, she gave us good advices to trips or to restaurants. Quality and price ratio is really good. The centre is near by walking, about 12 minutes. There are also supermarket and beach near the accomodation. The room was cleaned every other day. The best beaches for us (Erice beach) are far away 2 kilometres, u can use bike, car, bus or walking to this beaches.

Overall, very pleasant stay - I did the whole check in process over whatsapp, and the host was very helpful, they have included pictures of how to pick up the keys. The room had everything, it was clean and very comfortable.

Nothing wrong with the property, but it is not located centrally. It was a good 20-25 minute walk to get to the center. But if you don't mind walking, all good.

Very clean room with a bathroom. Great location, not far away from the beach club and trapani center location. Bus stop just few minutes away which took me to Palermo and to the Airport for just 4.90€.

I had a room number 5 downstairs and cleaning person every early morning was making too much noise. So I couldn't get a good sleep.

The room is very causy, clean and the nice tarrasse was available to use at the upstair of the apartment. The supermarket is very close. The old town is around 20 minutes by walk. The owner was very helpful and kind.

We had rooms on the ground floor and it was dark there. It is only minus of this place.
