The hotel has a very very good location and is good value for money. The rooms are good size and we had a nice view from the window. The rooms are also very clean and the cleaning of the room on a daily basis was also very good.

The breakfast had always missing things which were not replaced. The quality is not that excellent. They expect that you take a tray and they do not clean the tables. The room was cald with an ugly wallpaper and lacked minor maintenance. The ppl at the reception know nothing about anything.

This was a great accommodation, I would highly recommend it. Excellent location, very very clean, quiet at night. spacious showers with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. breakfast was abundant, a very good value for the money. but the best thing is the personnel. Everybody was incredibly kind, warm and professional, always with a smile. they made restaurant reservations for us and gave us great recommendations for food and things to do. When my husband got sick during our stay they helped in any way possible, gave us food in the middle of the night, offered to help with going to the pharmacy, checked on us and provided a very caring environment. We have traveled a lot, and this is by far the most welcoming hotel we have ever visited, we have been truly impressed! I am looking forward to visit them again soon.

Great location next to bus and train lines, and a few minutes walk into the old town. Big rooms, great breakfast. Also a nice mini shop selling drinks and ready made meals at reasonable prices.

From the outside it looks a bit weird like a retro Scifi building from the 70s. The direct surroundings are not so nice, but in just a few minutes you are in the beautiful old town or at the beach.

The staff were really helpful and polite. Check in was quick and they checked us into our rooms early. Both of our rooms were clean, bright and spacious. The hotel is in the perfect location to explore the city.

The rooms need some TLC, our shower leaked from every angle and soaked our bathroom floor each time. The AC/heating didn’t work and all of the plugs in the room worked sporadically.

Breakfast was amazing, stuff very helpful and kind.

Well if you are a light sleeper, this is not a place for you. We could hear people from other rooms, from both sides. One was interconnected, which was resolved by the reception team, however the room behind us we could hear them talking literary.

We stayed at the same B&B hotel also in Palermo and it's location was really stunning. In Trapani we appreciated very much the attitude of the staff, that was always very kind and cooperative. Mr.Davide deserves a special mention.Total length of our stay was 3+3 nights. Alberto

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and helpful attitude, always wearing a smile. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a delightful start to each day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.It is also situated in a very good spot where everywhere is just a few minutes away. Highly recommended!

Really friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast, well located within a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town. Bathrooms were also spacious with a good powerful and hot shower!

Rooms were a bit tired but when you consider the cost this did not detract from the overall experience.

We tried and tried to sign up for the rewards program on both of our phones. Gives you a free breakfast and late checkout. We couldn’t sign up very frustrating hate to miss a freebie!

Good location next to the center, bus stops, and not far from the port and beach. Nice stuff. Clean and comfortable rooms with TV and internet connection. Good breakfast.

While the breakfast was good I would appreciate a bit more variety. A/C is noisy and can be annoying from time to time. A couple of times electricity was cut off in the room, but it was not a major issue.
