Beautiful big bedroom, really comfortable bed , lovely bedlinen . Our room( Rosa) had a separate sofa and tv room , a lovely bathroom with a big shower. Location a lovely, gentle 10 stroll to the shops and restaurants and beach Rooms spotlessly clean, towles, changed, and room cleaned every day Depending on the time we went to breakfast, we had some great ones, lots of choice , others it was not replenished. But lovely quality with a big assortment of local sweet treats. Staff all lovely.

PARKING - be aware we were told we could park for free down a side road, but it was not explained that only some of the road is free., and we were towed ! ( 70 euros fine) I would suggest using the blue zones on all the roads around the rooms , there are lots of spaces( between 50 cents and 1 euro an hour but for only some of the time, so for 24 hours it cost us around 6 euros in total) ** but that there are days and times you can not park( due to road cleaners and bin collections), so look at the signs.!!!! EASYPARK APP - Download the Easypark app as it's so easy to use and top up time off you want to. From your phone. Ask reception to give you a sign for the window saying easypark payment to prove you have paid.

In the room, it was very hard to put away clothes. There are NO drawers whatsover and hardly any hangers. We had to leave clothes in the luggages. Very odd, despite the space and cleanliness. The staff at the reception desk were unfriendly and unhelpful when asked for more information about Trapani or whatever. More importantly, breakfast options were a complete nightmare. They only serve high carb and sweet pastries, sugary juices and bread. However, the coffee and the waitresses were good and helpful. But anyone with health issues is stumped for breakfast!

The hotel is in a traditional building. Very amazing and spacy, huge comfortable bed. The breakfast downstairs serve a very delicious Espresso and Cappuccino besides the various sandwiches, sweet pastries including the Custard cream filling. The sandy beach just 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Arriving by bus or train, both they are about 5 mins walking distance. The hotel reception staff and the breakfast staff is very kind. I received messages from the hotel days before my arriving and a complete list what to see in the neighbourhood. The hotel has their own restaurant with the same name close by at the seaside. The dishes amazingly tasty on reasonable price. The waitresses and waiters all very kind. I even went to this restaurant twice. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy the sunset if you book in the summer between 8 and 9 pm. Make sure you make reservation for the restaurant but the hotel stuff kindly will do for you if ask them. I love to travel all around the world but this hotel and their restaurant is something really special. Recommended A+++

Great location, very clean room and functional, very good service and a very nice touch when I got a room with my name ! This is very original and I loved the idea ! Breakfast was ok as diversity but high in quality.

The elevator was slow and did not match the rest of the hotel design and there were no directions, once you got out of the elevator, towards the room, we had to find it by walking the hallways and reading the names on the doors. Also, the hotel needs to find a way to provide parking to guests, it would just be an excellent addition to the room amenities. Guests should not be left to find parking by themselves or figure out the city's digital applications for parking.

The location is fine as it is close to the beach, close to the old town (both up to 10 mins walk), but comfortably removed from the tumult of the centre.. Lot of parking spaces on street, mostly paid, but the fees are very low (about 2-3€ / night). We missed the usual eggs and sausage at breakfast, but were more than compensated by the fantastic selection of pastries and bufet. The inner patio is super for an outdoor breakfast or a nightcap.

city tax payable as an extra upon check-out could use some real glasses (not just the soft plastic ones) rooms could use an extra drawer / clothes rack

We rented the Penthouse for 4 nights, which has a private key in the elevator that opens directly to the apartment. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths as well as large kitchen/dining/living & 3 TVs, it was more than comfortable, so we enjoyed our stay very much. Very modern & clean too.  Parking is on the street, where we found a spot every evening around the corner, which is free. Alternatively, the blue marked parkings, are also available but you pay per hour during the day & free at night from 8pm till 8am, & on Sunday.  Staff were quite helpful & friendly.

No healthy cerials at B'fast & items like yogurts, kiwi  etc finish quickly & are not replenished. No hams or cheeses or toast. A large selection of pastr onies but again, favourable items run out quickly. Good coffee

The breakfast was generally good, maybe a bit more selection could be an improvement. Consisted about 50/50% sweet pastries and ready made sandwiches, but I was missing the usual omelette/bread/salami/cheese selections. Coffee was excellent though. I would rate breakfast in general 4 out of 5. There is an elevator, but it is moving slow, really slow. You could easily beat it to the second floor on the stairs with a broken leg kind of slow. But it works, and is clean. The TV in the room could be upgraded to a smart TV, in order to be able to use Netflix or other streaming services.

Great location and lovely building, close to the train station, bus station, the port, the sea, city centre and a bus stop. I did all the trips by public transport. You're never too far from anywhere! The place was spotless and my room cleaned every day. The staff were very nice and helpful every time I needed anything. Great breakfast every morning, but not so great for my waistline 😁 array of pastries, cakes, small pizzas and sandwiches. I actually occasionally grabbed a piece of fruit too so I could still squeeze into my bikinis hahaha 😅 Highly recommend this hotel.

It is a nice hotel. The only problem was that our rooms were in the 3rd floor which meant we had to heave our luggage up two narrow stairs, the elevator only goes to the second floor. I think to have a look at the age of the guests when allocating the rooms would be a good idea. And when there is no other room available then the luggage should be brought up by the personnel. The person showing us up did ask, when we had managed half the stairs already. We succeded but being over 85 it was a challenge!

Friendly staff. We were checked into our room earlier than planned, early in the morning. Very good air conditioner, quiet and powerful. Excellent WIFI, the phone can pick up a signal on the street. New, fresh linen, snow-white towels. One block from the hotel, there is the GIAKOLONNE bar, which serves excellent coffee, with all the necessary attributes for it. Next to the bar is GELATERIA "Al Moni", where there is always a selection of the most delicious ice cream. In my opinion, this is the most delicious ice cream in Italy made from natural products.

Uncomfortable pillows in our room. Don’t get caught by calls from the fraudulent BOOKING website offering you a free transfer from the airport to your hotel. I think that someone from the port has a fake BOOKING website and has access to the hotel guest database. When I agreed to a free transfer, on the last day before departure, I received a message that I needed to pay. I ordered a taxi at the airport without any problems. The hotel has beach umbrellas, which the hotel provides free of charge, and beach towels. I think that taxi drivers pay porte for each client from the airport to the hotel.
