Very nice view. Breakfast was average with not too many choices.

The spa is also not included in the price nor the extra price mentioned by the staff. It is not mentioned anywhere. After the checkout, you will be informed about extra expenses like spa and water in the minibar. Not fair in my point of view.

The structure is nicely located on a hill with amazing views of the coast and the sea. So this is a good option if you are travelling in the area and care about views. By car you can reach easily the coast, Trapani, Erice and major roads/towns in the area. The staff was very nice and polite. The pool area was also nice and relaxing. The breakfast was good with adequate options of sweet and savoury. The room was a decent size. Parking was easy and there is a popular restaurant in the evenings. The hotel is situated in a nice and a bit isolated hilly area which is good to relax if you like hotels with this kind of vibe.

Our room (conscious it was the cheapest one) was very basic and somehow outdated in decor and style. Two members of our party had selected a more expensive room with the view but still a bit outdated in decor. As this is a 4 star structure it definitely needs a bit of uplift/upgrade of the rooms (the facilities are nice and well manicured). There was a jacuzzi overlooking the nice view which was unfortunately not accessible as part of pool access (you could only access the jacuzzi as part of a spa treatment package we were told so we did not use it. This was a disappointment as most 4/5 hotels with a jacuzzi let you access it regardless of selecting a spa treatment). The sun-beds in the pool area were OK - a bit squeaky with some bolts that need tightening.

Staff are friendly, knowledgable and go above and beyond for you. loved the location, a little problematic for those with mobility issues but there are ramps to use. The view from anywhere in this place was to die for! Well placed for day trips to Trapani, Erice and San Vito lo Capo. Great taxi service links, reliable. Rooms a good size and plenty of surfaces for items. Loved the breakfast choice- would have liked the eggs, bacon and sausages kept warm though. Need a fruit salad added to have with the yoghurt. good mix of savoury and sweet choices. Pool area was immaculate and plenty of beds and shade options. I did place towels down at breakfast at the beginning of our stay, but mainly out of (frowned upon habit, I know!) rather than necessity.

Lots of steps to get from room to pool, reception and restaurant. Bathroom a little cramped and lacks surface area around the sink. Shower enclosures need some attention where scuffed and look dirty (they weren't but looked scruffy)

Location, availability of the parking

Breakfast is clearly their weakest point, no much quality or variety and 1 of the days most of the tables were dirty and most of the plates with food were empty too because they couldn’t keep it up with cleaning and serving, it was only around 9:00. A suggestion, offer at least a couple of waters complimentary, refurbish the old bathrooms, something to hang towels in the balcony and a little table to drink something there would improve your welcoming; one detail last: Steps to go to most of the rooms and no help for luggage, there was an elevator and still the receptionist brought us up the steps with heavy luggage. Restaurant for dinner is only average but there are many choices in town and close by

Spectacular views, hardly gets any better in western Sicily. The rooms are fantastic: spacious, new and of high standard in all aspects I can think of (never had such a seamless mobile2tv casting!). Dinner was excellent, but what will stick with me are breafasts - GREAT coffee and very decent choice of anything one could expect in a 4 star hotel. It may not be Kempinsky or FourSeasons due to more casual entourage but surely it's classy (and juice tastes like juice, unlike sweet cartoon crap you often encounter even in so called 'high end' hotels).

Nothing really. My stays were short, so I can't quite tell how it feels after a week or two. While not absolutely mandatory, I would say you probably need a car to feel connected with the outside world.

The view was great, the staff were friendly.

The hotel is being advertised as a Spa hotel but on arrival we were tols that since we booked through booking.com. Any Spa facilities were only available at extra cost

Very nice hotel with amazing views, most of the staff were lovely especially with my little daughter. Breakfast is simple but delicious. If you choose to eat in the restaurant for lunch/dinner you will be in for a treat as the dishes they serve are delicious. The pool was perfect though i did think there was a gym and was told there was not.

The only negative was that we were put into a small room, a little far from the pool area (myself, my wife and a 2 year old) and only because i asked for a l asked if i could upgrade, i was advised that they could give me a room close to the pool, double the size (a suite) and with the same sea view for the same price. This was slightly worrying as if i did not asm we would have been stuck in the small room for 7 days.

Amazing view, nice and quiet get away. Staff were so helpful in every way especially organising transport where ever we wanted to go especially as we didn’t speak Italian. Restaurant food and breakfast was also nice. The rooms were simplistic but very clean and bathroom was cleaned daily.

Is a little out of the way about 20 mins to the nearest town (Trapani and Erice) so requires a taxis or car to get around (the hotel can arrange them for you)

The view from the room was awesome. The bedroom cozy and clean but not exceptionally wide. The premises were very nice and the personnel very friendly and helpful. The location and layout are of an astounding beauty!

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, but we had to wait too long before the personnel would take the order. The SPA is very tiny and minimalistic, if you're used to similar facilities in the North. You're in a chain work and there's a limited time for the sauna and the whirlpool, following other customers and with other waiting behind. This takes away the expectation of relaxing and sounds very touristic. It's a pity that in such a marvellous place there's so much limited space for the wellness!

This hotel is situated on a hill with superb views of the vinyards and sea. The pool area was superb with unforgettable views and sunsets. The pool bar was operational the whole day with friendly and helpful staff. We ate at the restaurant as it was convenient not to drive into town. The food was excellent the first night but the second night our food was cold and not as good as the first night-maybe not the same chef ?? Service was friendly and excellent. The breakfasts were ample with a big choice. The medieval town of Erice was nearby and we were tempted to stay there but decided to just visit one day and not stay there. This was a good decision as hotels can only be reached by foot with parking at the bottom of the town.

The food at the resataurant was very bad the second night. Every dish was cold and pasta should not be eaten cold. Waiters were kind and did not complain to have food reheated. The room and bathroom are quite dated and should be upgraded.
