This was a wonderful place to stay. It's located right in the middle of the old city and within a few minutes' walk to all the museums, churches, and other sightseeing spots. The apartment is beautifully decorated and on a very quiet street. The host was very helpful giving us information before and after we arrived. We visited off season so we were able to park right outside the city walls. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

The apartment itself was incredible. The only thing that we would like to have had though was a little larger pot for cooking pasta, a small fry pan for eggs, a little cooking oil, and perhaps some salt.

The experience of spending the night in the heart of medieval city is irreplaceable, and if you get to spend it in an original stone house, it is even better. On the top of that, it is really quiet there, since every tourist leaves for the night! We slept like babies. :) Nice and helpful staff provided a lot of information.

The "how to get to the accomodation" is a little bit unclear, even if the staff sends you a lot of info, but once we got there, every doubt was solved, so this is not much of a negative thing after all.

Beautiful courtyard, beautiful property with original walls etc. felt like part of the medieval magical town Erice - I loved it and so did my kids. Property was perfect, highly recommend.

Property was absolutely perfect. Didn’t like the lack of personal contact and frustration of difficulty with getting into keysafe/courtyard. But once that was resolved - everything else was very very good.

Check in was problematic, I contacted the property 2 days before check in and they arranged a time meet me for check in. I arrived, they weren’t there, and I had to use expensive data roaming to contact them to get the key box code.

A beautiful comfortable apartment with plenty of outdoor communal space. It was in the perfect location; really central. The host could not have been more helpful with local information. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Erice.

Nothing but I would urge people to avail of the luggage transfer service offered by the property. Erice is quite difficult to navigate and the car parking area is a little bit of a walk from the town, especially in the heat of the summer. We were very glad we availed of this service.

Location in the heart of the medieval center. We are avid walkers and carry backpacks - be warned the entry from parking is steep, but if you are healthy, you can make it. If you have roller or hand luggage you should pay for the bag service. Town was wonderfully quiet after dark when the day trippers leave. Great breakfast at a nearby cafe with the vouchers provided... we were treated like royalty and there is a very good selection to choose from - we really appreciated the breakfast service. Apartment is well appointed with kitchen essentials.

The stone buildings are quite cold, and although we turned the heater up high, the heat never really reached the living room. Private parking lot was a bit difficult to find - the GPS coordinates are slightly off. We only found it because another car staying at the same apartments was entering. It's a small road just above the abandoned cafe and you park along a cliff face - it's difficult to describe, other than it is a small, gravel private road just above the cafe and you drive back into a gravel parking lot. Then you go up the stairs and follow the old medieval stone road up. Don't follow the Google walking directions... it's waaaaayyy longer.

Beautiful renovated property encapsulated in the center of the medieval town. Apartment was spacious and well prepared. We appreciated the opportunity of their own private parking outside of town.

Very minor thing: I recommend to simplify the flow of information via Whatsup. Certainly complete and useful, but a bit lengthy and duplicative.

Very nice apartment in the center of the medieval city of Erice. Eevrything was as described. It is fully renivated with one original wall made of medieval stone. The terrace is surounded in medieval walls wich I found very appealing when we had our meals. Everything in the city is walking distance. You can also take a walk around and on the original medieval city walls and see the diferent era of construction. If you look carefully and take your time, you can still find writings on the outer walls that date back to the Phoenician era (dating back to before 300 BC), that for me is amazing! Hint: you can fin them between the Trapani door and the Carmine door (closer to the Carmine door).

Stunning old building, amazing roof deck. Apartment was spacious. The manager was helpful after driving me a little crazy with his complicated access with What's App for everything, like a huge corpporation.

The parking was expensive for such a small town. I wish there was a breakfats with the room.

The place is perfectly located in the center and free breakfast at Maria Grammatico. Flavia and Maurizio were communicative and pleasant. Apartment is a wonderful design in old building. You cannot drive in Eriche. They will pick you up just down hill in a parking lot that is on a gravel road, a little hidden, behind the "Coffee House".

Google has a hard time directing you to the parking lot. Look at it before so you are prepared.
