The location and view is one of the best you will find anywhere in the world; a breathtaking view and fantastic infinity pool! There are only 10 rooms, which is refreshing, and you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. Also, this hotel is adults only; so for some, this is very attractive! The rooms are cleaned daily and nothing is left uncleaned, including the toilet, shower, sink and floors, as well as freshly laundered towels. The options for breakfast include a vast array of bruschetta, eggs, pastries, bread, jams, croissants and a selection of espresso, coffee and cappuccino. What sets this property apart from others, are the owners. They are able to speak English and are happy to accommodate any requests you may have, assist with arranging for transportation and are some of the most genuine, friendly and pleasant people you will ever come across! Outstanding experience!!!

There is nothing I did not like.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Scopello. The room was very good and matched my expectations perfectly — comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view, and the infinity pool was truly spectacular. What made the experience even more special was the staff, who were all friendly and attentive, with a special mention for Giovanna, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and always suggested good restaurants. Highly recommended!

Maybe just the road to get to it but you forget about it once you are in this heavenly place

Pool is fantastic and breakfast was excellent. Room had everything we need after we sorted out an initial problem with the wifi - due to storm the previous 2 days. Scopello is a beautiful area with lots of options for food and fantastic beaches and walking in there nearby national park.

The main beach at Scopello was closed during our 3 days in Scopello to host a 'private' event. This was disappointing as it is one of the prime reasons people may choose to visit (though not in our case). Access to the hotel is along a long steep dirt track and it bis a 25 min walk into the town if you don't want to drive up and down the track each time.

Since our arrival the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, she was making sure every detail of our stay was gracefully taken care of, the facilities in the hotel are amazing, the rooms are very cute, spacious and clean. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a variety of traditional local pastries and a delicious buffet. The view from our room was stunning adding a lot to the experience of our stay, the infinity pool was espetacular and gave us the that lucky feeling of being able to have found such a gem among other hotels. WiFi was a plus! With high speed internet with great coverage in the entire hotel premises. We are definitely looking forward to go back to this hotel and live that dream of waking up in such a wonderful place again.

Great hotel with a small number of rooms. You can tell it is quite new. The swimming pool area overlooking the sea is fantastic. The owners were very kind and prepared food for us when we arrived, despite being mid afternoon. Breakfast has a good variety for those without dietary restrictions (I eat diary and gluten-free, so fewer options for me). We walked to the town every night for dinner. It was 15 min or so. The way back was uphill, yet doable. It's worth doing for the views. The room was comfortable and spacious. We would repeat

This was an incredible property and Giovanna was an accommodating and gracious hostess who added to the whole experience. Our 25- and 22-year old children travelled with us and enjoyed every bit as much as we did. The infinity overlooking the sea and back to Palermo created an amazing site. The gardens were beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast the next miorning was amazing. Giovanna recommended a great local restaurant for dinner. If you visit Scopello, you must visit the Zingaro Nature Preserve and hike to one of their beach coves for a swim. We wished we had planned a longer stay!

This family run property is phenomenal. I’d give it a 6 if I could. Fantastic service and the view is as spectacular as any place I have ever been. Like most things in life it’s a bit of a trudge up the hill BUT it is so worth the trip. Utterly fantastic. Giovanna and her family are super attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Great breakfast and with only 9 rooms personal attention is guaranteed. One of the most amazing places we have ever stayed!

The host was super accommodating. We could order wine for the room via WhatsApp as we had been out. If you are after tranquility and no loud activities this is the right place to come. The breakfast was superb. Great views.

The location is a bit off the beaten track. It takes around 15 minutes to walk down the drive to Scopello and around 20-25 back up the hill. A car is mandatory and there is a car park on-site and in Scopello (not free) for the restaurants there. We walked one evening, ensuring to bring a phone as a torch as there were no street lights along the path up the hill.

Fantastic location looking down over the sea, walkable to Scopello, but we drove as its a climb back up the track to the hotel. Room lovely, pool great as you can see in the photos, breakfast served in the glass room with a view, breakfast really nice, home cooked food, owned very friendly and helpful, recommended!

The views from the pool and breakfast areas are amazing, very peaceful place to sit and relax. Hard to do it justice with photos. Our room was nice, bathroom area had recently been done up so showers were very good. Probabkly better to have a car for getting around, particularly in the dark. We had one and had read the reviews saying this so it was not a problem.
