Great location, interesting building arrangement. Decent breakfast. Lots of good restaurants and night life on street in front of the hotel. Lovely staff. Very clean.

Our room was a budget one because it was a noisy room towards the busy street. I didn’t read that in the description. My mistake. I didn’t think at that price it was budgeted. I don’t think one should sell a room like that if kids are involved. Sleep was difficult. It’s a little too expensive for what it is. The pool is salt water extremely chlorinated, which gave people reactions and burned lots in the eyes. My parents stayed in a normal room which was very small.

Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was served in beautiful restored building in the property. Amazing breakfast with lots of sweet and savoury choices, fresh fruit, delicious variety of croissants, and best cappuccino! Pool area had amazing mountain views. Location was a few min drive away from beautiful sandy beach called Spiaggia Playa.

We had one room facing the marina which we knew could be extra noisy and on Monday night was especially noisy with motorbikes riding up and down the marina well into 2am. Maybe hotel could supply ear plugs. Would suggest they add more chairs near the pool or even in the courtyard.

Location on the harbour side was excellent. Pool area was beautiful, with great views. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and there was a lot to choose from. The rooms were spotless. Cleaned everyday. Clean towels and bedding every day too!! The staff were friendly, highly professional and very helpful.

The ‘P’ parking logo on the hotel’s booking.com page is misleading as the hotel has very limited parking and it’s very hit and miss as to whether you get a spot. We were directed to a local car park ( no discretionary rate offered), which cost 15€ a day. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The location is amazing, right on the marina in the heart of the old town. Beautiful building, sympathetically restored with a stunning layout. The hotel surrounds a central courtyard with a terraced swimming pool and sun bathing area tucked under the promontory above. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast selection is huge. We can't recommend this place highly enough, a real gem.

We do like a firm mattress on our bed but this one was just a bit too firm.

First we wuld like to mention that all of the staff are really friendly and helpful. They immediately helped with parking and gave good tips of the city and the sourrounding. The location of the hotel is just perfect - being right at the harbour and only minutes away from the city center. The only problem is the bar a few houses down. The music is so loud that the hotel cannot guarantee a quiet night. There is nothing they can do about it - it is not their fault. The bar believes to be a top open air discoteque in Turkey where the music is at around 80 - 90 DB. Also there are many cars passing by and the windows are not that sound proof - here the hotel needs to do something.

As international travelers we were a bit disappointed by the breakfast. The room is very big and not very cosy. As in the whole hotel the personel is very helpful and friendly. But one has to ask for Capuccino, Espresso or even different egs. The buffets offers anything that a Sicilian heart loves - many pastries, prepared sandwiches. But no fish, hardly any cut fruit, vegetables, the musli is status of a 2* hotel as is the bread. From a 4* hotel we would have loved a bigger international variety.

Beautiful hotel and conveniently located. Great breakfast every morning, eggs, bacon, an assortment of sweets, pancakes, cereals, fruit, etc. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Boat tours as you cross the street from the hotel. Restaurants a stone throw away. Lovely location! Shops up the steps (many steps) as well as the best gelato (as shown in picture). Would definitely stay here again.

WiFi in rooms was not working at the time we were there, therefore we had to sit in the hotel lobby to access.

The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive, delicious pastries cheeses, meats, cereals, yogurts and juices. The staff especially Alexandria was delightful. Our little grand-daughter loved her. Alexandria, even came in when she was not working to say good bye to Marnie. That was over and above. It was a very lovely and kind thing to do.

It would be nice to have maybe a courtyard drinks service for it's residents, as its a beautiful setting. It is lovely to sit out at night, but there was no wine in the minibar. Just a suggestion not a critism.

The hotel is very charming and modern also, and the view from the swimming pool is amazing. The breakfast is very special and not the usual intercontinental. The location is perfect, close to the restaurants, bars and city center. We were really satisfied and the staff is also so kind and helpful.

Hotel is centrally located at the heart of the village, right on the marina where there are lots of great restaurants. The hotel courtyard is a lovely respite from the bustling town.

The room furnishings are very basic. The room layout was a bit clunky. There weren't a lot of windows so it felt a bit claustrophobic. Better lighting and more comfortable textures/decor would improve the vibe of the room.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right on the marina and close to everything. The pool was beautiful and not as cold as I would expect for early May. Plenty of free parking in the area. The room/ bathroom were really modern with up to date fixtures. Rain shower head, small toiletries and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space to store our stuff, and the mini bar was well stocked. The room had a great balcony overlooking the water. We would definitely stay here again.
