We absolutely loved the location — just a short walk from both the beach and the main street of San Vito Lo Capo, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful nights without the noise of late-night crowds. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The breakfast was truly exceptional — fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for every taste. A real highlight of our stay! We were celebrating our civil wedding with a small honeymoon, and the hotel made it even more special by surprising us with a lovely bottle of Prosecco. Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture!

Nothing -- Everything was perfect!

The location was only 10 minutes walking to the beach or restaurants. The room was comfy and clean, the shower was amazing and the view from the balcony was true to the pictures and really beautiful. The breakfast was so good, and there’s a balcony and bikes for free - unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them!

The thing I hate most was to leave this place, as our stay was amazing and we don’t have any complaints!

Great location - a few minutes walk from the centre of town but that meant it was nice and quiet. Friendly staff who provided a lovely breakfast on the terrace each morning with a good selection of food to choose from. Parking was no problem within the hotel car park.

You could a bit of noise from the corridor and from other rooms, and the shower head wouldn’t stay upright but sure that’s an easy fix and we didn’t complain about it at the time as it wasn’t that big a deal for us over a few days.

Really nice location and building with a charming and tasteful front patio. Building and rooms are well-kept and spotlessly clean. Good breakfast which can be eaten on the verandah overlooking the sea. Accomodated my requirement for gluten-free food. Very helpful and friendly staff with excellent communication provided prior and during our stay. Practical to be able to book a spot at the hotel’s private area on the beach. View from the sea view rooms with balcony is wonderful Good and reliable wi-fi connection

It was a lovely stay! Staff was very friendly, the room was nice and what we needed, breakfast was lovely and the location ideal! Walking distance to all restaurants and bars yet set in a quiet location! Would definitely come back. Thank you!

We like a little sleep in and in the morning you could hear other guests moving stuff in their rooms but saying that nothing too crazy loud.

Amazing location, further away from the noise, but still 5 minutes walk to the beach. Amazing sea view. Modern facilities and modern rooms. Always clean, the clean lady is doing great job. Friendly stuff. Manager Rocco is always glad to help you regarding all questions. Chief Adriana is always welcoming friendly and cooking amazing breakfasts.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, wonderful view, everything for a comfortable stay, excellent location a little away from the loud hotels.

It’s very difficult to find any cons, since everything was great

The proximity to the beach and town centre was great and we enjoyed using the hotel's Beach Service which needs to be booked in advance and provides you with 2 sunbeds and a parasol for only 15 euros for the day. Breakfast was really lovely with freshly made cakes and Italian specialities with the option of eating on the terrace. Rocco, the owner/hotel manager was excellent and very helpful. When we asked about horse riding, he found a local stables and arranged it all for us. Our room was spacious with a balcony terrace with sea view. The hotel is very attractive and has a large sun terrace as well. Free bikes if required and plenty of on site parking. Wifi good. Friendly staff.

We found the bed too hard but then we prefer soft beds.

As a group travel leader I have traveled many countries throughout the world. The room with its spectacular panorama view with balcony was way better than we could have anticipated. It offers two large roof terraces equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The manager, Rocco, the baker, Arianna and the night shift receptionist, Barnaba were each very welcoming, professional, helpful and efficient. The standard of freshly baked foods offered for breakfast were diverse and all of excellent quality and delicious. In fact these were better than any other meals we experienced outside of the hotel. The hotel provides free very useful, bicycles and beach umbrellas. The location, while offering complete privacy in its peacefully quiet hillside surroundings, is just two minutes walk to the beautiful beach, its warm sea waters and seven minutes walk into the town. The location excellent.

There was nothing to dislike and could have been better!

Great location, beautiful view, great breakfast and friendly staff who were very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The only one thing which could improve slightly would be the bed and pillows.
