This was best hotel I stayed at during my 3 weeks in Sicily. The suite was large, comfortable, and elegant. The staff were helpful and kind.

Driving in the town to the hotel was tight, but doable. The parking is located off site. Not too far, but a bit of a walk. You are given a key to open the gate of the parking lot. On a few occasions, someone illegally parked in front of the structure and I had to find them to get them to move their car so I could get out. The key was a bit tricky in the gate lock.

We stayed in the Florio Suite and it was amazing, possibly one of the best hotel/room experiences we have had, ever. The suite was beautiful, super clean and whilst a charming & old Italian building just off the main road in town, it was completely modern. The staff was extremely attentive and nice and had our check in completed ahead of time as we arrived after hours. We will definitely return to Costamante and highly recommend it.

The hotel was so beautiful, clean and very modern and updated. The location of the hotel was breathtaking it was right in the center of all restaurants coffee shops and the marina The staff was amazing and she helped us so much on the first day how to get around and which boat to rent and recommended a lot of great places for us to visit.. breakfast was great and really convenient room was spectacular and super comfortable we would definitely plan to stay here again

Stunning suite! We stayed in the Barocco suite and it had beautiful frescoes on the ceiling and walls, lovely floors, 2 large bathrooms, amenities and cleanliness of a 5 star, and views of the bay. The front desk person was extremely helpful even though we were checking in after their reception had officially closed (at 9pm). They gave us a great parking spot in a garage just 2 mins from the property. The location in the heart of Castellamare del golfo was fantastic, there were lots of restaurants nearby. We had the booked the property for overnight stay the night before an early flight out of PMO. We want to go back and stay there to enjoy the property and the Castellamare area.

The induction stove in the room didn’t work. It was very tricky to turn on so instructions for using it would be essential. But even after we managed to turn it on, it didn’t heat up enough. 1 cup of water was barely simmering after 30 mins on max heat on the stove.

This was our favourite stay in Sicily. The suite was absolutely beautiful and very spacious, with lovely amenities included. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The property is in a great location, just a short walk away from the Main Street and lovely restaurants. A perfect place to base ourselves while exploring the north west coast line.

The suites were beautifully furnished, very clean and full of modern amenities. There were fresh baked goods and water and coffee available throughout the day. The spa was small but very well appointed.

Perfect location, and stunning rooms. So nice to have so much space and a touch of luxury. Staff are super friendly and can't do enough to assist.

Great staff, very helpful and a very peaceful stay.

There was slight confusion with the boat tour we booked bu the receptionist was very happy to help and soon fixed the issues with a smile :)

Beautiful room, fabulous location, highly recommend. Found street parking very close by, blue lines about 9 euro for the day
