Great location. Interesting old palazzo (apparently, used to be a Roommate hotel until recently). Great Italian coffees included at breakfast. Good café, restaurants, pharmacy, gelateria right out the front door of the hotel. Excellent staff!

No sea views. Booking.com website indicated that the pool is closed until May; didn't realize this meant that the entire 4th floor terrace (with the beautiful sea views) was closed. There is a large building behind the hotel so no sea views from the rooms. Can't drink the water from the tap. Some mosquitoes.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location near the beach, restaurants, and a large parking area. It’s within walking distance of the port and the main tourist area. There’s a beautiful rooftop bar with a small pool area, and the view from there is absolutely stunning. On Saturday nights, there’s a DJ party at the rooftop bar, which brings energy and a vibrant atmosphere to the whole area. The reception and breakfast staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room service and the in-room facilities were excellent. The corridor has an antique atmosphere, with a seating area furnished with antique pieces, while the rooms feature modern furniture, which I personally preferred. Honestly, I loved my stay!

Breakfast choices were very limited. I barely ate anything. The lavatory was inside the room not in the bathroom. In my opinion, it was very inconvenient and unhygienic

The hotel is in a great location that is central to everything you would want from a stay in Trapani. You are right across the street from a garden, across the corner from a night market, blocks away from the beach, and a short walk from all of the restaurants and shops. The facilities were nice. We visited the pool on the rooftop and it was small, but sufficient. There is no shade up there, so be prepared to limit your time. The breakfast every morning was great, with lots of options and coffee orders taken by friendly staff members. The front desk staff were amazing and we really appreciated them going above and beyond for us while we were there. This is a highly recommended hotel and it is well worth it all around.

The only complaint I would have and this goes for most beds all over Europe is the comfort of the beds. Nine times out of ten, the beds are rock hard and while not the worst we've experienced, there is definitely an opportunity to step up the softness of the beds here.

The location being a bit on the periphery of the historical center was perfect for exploring the busier parts, but meant it was quiet when we returned to our rooms. The breakfast was fine with a good selection of sweet and savory items. The breakfast area/room decor and furniture felt a bit cheap relative to the quality of the rest of the hotel, but that is a minor complaint. Our standard double room was very quiet and, even if a bit small, adequate for our needs. Parking across the street was not a problem, but the signage for using the easypark app was unclear at best, which is not the fault of the hotel, but perhaps the hotel could work out some agreement for its guests to just pay a set daily rate. The front desk staff was able to explain which tariff category to use on the app.

A luxurious and beautiful hotel. Great location, easy parking, courtyard restaurant was delicious, spacious clean bathroom, rooftop bar had nice views, staff were all so helpful. The rooms are clean and quite new. It also happened to be the only room on our whole trip that had a mini fridge. Easy walk to the city center and loads of restaurants nearby. Low cost+ easy parking right across the street and several bus routes nearby as well. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting.

The only thing we would change is the rooms being cooler. There was AC but they were capped and it didn’t seem to always keep up.

The location is the most perfect as it could be. Couple minutes (walking) to the beach, local transport, port, train & bus station. Many many restaurants around, great gelato (La Cremolosa) just under the building. Opposite of the hotel there's a park with trees (and small playground), where you can chill out if it's too hot. Also the AST bus from the aiport should have a stop somewhere around. I'd also mention breakfast, choices all kinds, very quality food and perfect coffee of course. They have also Fronte Villa restaurant connected and open from early morning the whole day. This is a very addictive place to stay at :)

The swimming pool is not heated, but this is more FYI. This was beginning of May, bit chilly outside, so not perfect for swimming. However, if the weather gets warmer, this can be a really good refreshment ;)

What a wonderful and cozy hotel, located in the heart of Trapani and walking distance to the port. We were welcomed with the most friendly receptionist who gave great recommendations to local restaurants, taxi driver, and always had a smile! The breakfast was divine. The rooms were huge with a beautiful balcony overlooking the square. As a special touch, our room was scattered with rose petals to celebrate our honeymoon. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Trapani to fish next time!

The air con, whilst very welcome, was FIERCE! It was absolutely freezing even when it was on the lowest setting (ie - highest temp/slowest speed), but turning it off meant it was too hot very quickly. The bed was also VERY hard - I like a firm mattress, but this was very firm indeed!

Overall had a great experience at Room of Andrea. I stayed there as a wedding guest and first time visitor to Trapani and found it to be a great home base. The room was clean and spacious with AC that, while not freezing, got the room cool enough for me to be comfortable despite the very high heat and humidity outside. The breakfast was solid; rooftop pool area was small but well-appointed; and for those renting a car, there is a large lot just half a block away. There were also a bunch of restaurants either directly nextdoor or a short walk away, if you are in need of a quick meal, and the old town was about a 10 minute walk away. Wifi was strong throughout the hotel, enabling me to work from there. My particular room (119) was wonderfully quiet - it faced the inner courtyard. The best part was the staff - the front desk seemed manned 24/7, and they were able to help me with a range of asks, including a desperate call I made from a port-side bus stop after missing my airport transport; they sent me a taxi very quickly while I was in a pinch.

The new town location isn't terribly charming. Guests who stayed in the part of the hotel facing the piazza had issues with noise due to a summer concert series; if you are a light sleeper, you may want to request an interior-facing room like I had.

Location- a 2 minute walk from the city beach and a brisk 8 -10 minute walk from the port. Just at the edge of the old city, a 2 minute walk from the train and bus station. Excellent location for all purposes. The property is pretty, the breakfast with a wide array of Italian pastries, eggs scrambled and fried , cheese and cold cuts all of excellent standard and taste. Alexandra at the morning service was attentive to everyone’s needs with superb and quiet efficiency. She is an asset to the hotel as is Monica at the front desk who also needs a special shout out. She helped us plan our trip with providing us with transport, eating places and weather details. Thank you! Domestic services were also good.

The only helpful suggestion I can make is that perhaps renew the complimentary drinking water in the room each day. One can refill the bottles though at the front desk from the jar of water kept to greet the guests.
