My sister and our children shared a three bedroom apartment. It was spacious, light and airy. There were two full bathrooms equipped with hairdryers. The kitchen was large and had all you would need to cook or heat up meals (oven). The living area was open floor plan with the dining table (seats eight) to the side and two large sofas for relaxing and watching tv. In addition, there was a small seating area as soon as you enter the apartment as well as an enormous rooftop terrace where we enjoyed amazing sea views and lounging chairs for sunning. There was also air conditioning which was a must for us staying there in the summer. The location was perfect-right in the middle of everything! We enjoyed breakfast downstairs each morning which consisted of various pastries, small sandwiches, various types of coffees/espresso and fresh juices. We loved seeing Rio and Kitty every day as they were two cats part of the establishment. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be returning and staying here again!

My entire journey, from the initial booking to the moment of arrival, was truly exceptional. The staff was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Their accommodation exceeded expectations, and the seamless communication via WhatsApp added a modern touch to the experience and nothing was too much trouble. Trapani has lots of history and the location is great as walking distance for key sites and shopping.

The hotel offers parking outside, though there's a nominal fee of 1 euro per hour. When driving, be mindful of the one-way system. Opt for parking in Piazza Vittorio, next to a petrol garage, where the rates are reasonable at £5 Euros per three days. Just a small tip: if arriving by car, it's advisable to unload your bags before parking, as it's a brief 5-minute walk.

Lovely big room and view of the sea. Access from both sides, sea front and old town. Great restaurant. Air conditioning. Mosquito repellent plug in was a nice touch. Promenade was good for an early morning run.

Parking was very difficult and we ended up with 2 parking tickets in a 4 night stay. Breakfast was limited to sandwiches and pastry’s. We would’ve preferred cereal, yogurt and eggs as extra choices. The shower gel ran out on day one and didn’t get replaced in routine daily clean.

Location, breakfast staff was great: funny full of energy, size of the room was good. Next to the see, which was beautiful. Great housekeeping every day.

We were with 2 teenagers and one the bed provided was bad: loud noise every time my daughter moved waking us all up. I reported to the hotel, but no improvements. The hotel is on a busy location so lots of noise around : morning trucks collecting rubbish, there was an alarm going off every day… this is not the hotel fault and if you are light sleeper,bring earplugs.

Large room , quiet , backing on to old centre. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were cheerful and attentive . We could Walk everywhere . We didn’t have ocean view but they are available . Walked out the front over the road for a swim in a very clear clean ocean. Linen ample and rooms cleaned every day. Water pressure was good . The kitchen had everything you needed but we ate out . Tea and coffee in room. Large fridge and 2 litre of water in room waiting for us. There was a little clothes line on the balcony which was handy for a little bit if washing . Breakfast was huge , lots of cannoli, croissants, Genoveses, juices , coffee , yogurt . Savoury bread, ham, cheese and focaccia sandwiches . You can’t possible go hungry . There’s also a lift .

The room had an echo because of the design of kitchen and bathroom that had a lower roof, but didn’t bother us .

Location directly on the beach, as requested, I was able to view the sea at any time. Rooms were large and clean, only recommendation is a second chair since the room is used by two people. Maybe even more comfortable/relaxing chairs, not plastic. The Plastic chairs could still be used on the balcony. The setup in the room since the travel was a special occasion was apricated.

The Price.(BIGGEST). I cold have stayed cheaper, but chose this hotel due to location. For the price offers could have been available, like parking. Paying every day could have been saved. With the setup in the for the special occasion, a bottle of wine, Champaign could have been offered.

The hotel was amazing, from the beautiful courtyard with cute cats, the modern hallways, and the comfort and impeccable cleanliness of the rooms! The breakfast was complementary and there was a good selection of items, from savory to sweet! The location of the hotel also cannot be beaten; the main entrance leads to the historic center of Trapani, and there is another entrance on the other side of the building that takes you on a street overlooking the sea. We also appreciated the swift communication with the hotel management; they were always willing to help, replied quickly, and the staff was extremely kind. If we come to Trapani again, we will definitely stay here for a longer time.

We stayed one night. The room was very clean had one queen bed a twin bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was not a pull out but instead another twin bed which served its purpose. Breakfast was included and had a good selection. This hotel is located across the street from the sea which has beautiful views although the room we had did not have a window nor view. It’s in the heart of the center which made it great for walking around and to markets, restaurants. It has an elevator which was great for luggage. I would stay here again but next time with a sea view. Clara was very welcoming. Unfortunately the boat excursions were not available due to the windy weather. They offer a cool package for hotel guests and all day boat excursions to the islands of Egadi Islands (Favignana/Levanzo). We wish the weather was good for us to take advantage of this offering- next time.

The postings read “parking included” but we had to park our car 10 min away in a parking space and download an app and walk to the hotel. We were able to drop off luggage which was very convenient.

Location was great, right in front of the ocean with a beautiful walking path. Central Gallery is a courtyard style building with lots of charm and character. Our room was very large with high ceilings. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed having a kettle, cups, some cutlery and mini fridge. The breakfast was so good and the staff super friendly and accommodating! Great stay….also loved the resident cats.

We found it hard to find using Google Maps. Use Maps instead and type Central Gallery Rooms, not the address. Also best parking was directly out front ocean side and enter from there not backside of hotel which we were told initially. Parking is not free but not expensive. Download Easy Park App. Only complain really was the pillows, lumpy and firm.
