The hotel is positioned very close to all the shops and restaurants. It's also very close to the bus stop and to the port. The best thing about this place was the location. Breakfast was good, not many options, but the food provided was fresh and tasted good. Great AC in the room kept us nice and cold when there were 30 degrees outside. I loved that we had a few toiletries provided, and the cleaner came almost every day to do our bed and change our towels.

The room didn't have windows, no balcony, no terrace, nothing. It was like living in a cave. When I booked, i made sure we had a window at least, but that didn't happen. We didn't argue about this because we didn't mind it that bad, but im sure loads of people would be put off by this. There was mold in the bathroom, black mold from the fact that the shower cabin doesn't have a door and all the water comes out. The pool on the rooftop is so small. it's like a jacuzzi, haha. I think it's too pricey for what is actually being offered, but still, it was an ok stay.

As soon as we stepped inside, we were warmly greeted by the two lovely ladies at reception, who immediately made us feel welcome and at home. Their friendly and professional demeanor set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished—everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We were also impressed by the breakfast each morning. There was a great selection of fresh, delicious options that really helped us start the day off right. The pool area was another highlight. It’s beautifully maintained and offers a serene spot to unwind, with stunning views that made it hard to leave. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoon sun, the atmosphere was peaceful and rejuvenating. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The combination of warm hospitality, cleanliness, great amenities, and a perfect location made this a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

This was a very nice modern apartment/hotel. The breakfast served on the rooftop patio was simply presented but excellent. We stayed at Azzoli for 3 nights leading up to Easter and despite all of the city celebrations on Good Friday, our apartment (located on a very quiet, narrow street) was very quiet. We had to park our car at Parking Le Saline which was about a mile away. This was not very convenient for day trips by car, so we did not go back to our car until our final departure. But the reception staff arranged for a free shuttle for us back to the hotel once we dropped off our car, and we used the shuttle service to pick up the car at the end of our stay. Parking was charged at 7 euro per day.

We had an amazing stay at Azzoli Trapani! The staff were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful — modern, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the rooftop pool and lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh options. The location is fantastic too, just a short walk from the old town and the port. Everything about our stay was perfect — we would definitely stay here again! The wonderful staff at breakfast and reception. They made my stay overall vert welcoming and pleasant. Ylenia and Alessia were very helpful to me in planning my visits to Ereci and Palermo. I also appreciated their recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Hotel location close to Segesta bus stop and ferries. The roof top pool was perfect for chilling off from a day's long walk and hikes.

Wifi was an issue in my room - maybe just unlucky. It was frustrating for me to research and plan my day with choppy wifi.

Fabulous place, excellent location. A little piece of luxury in a laid back, easy going town. Staff were truly exceptional and made it their business to make sure we had everything we needed, from restaurant recommendations, to nail salons. After a very warm walk around the town, it felt like bliss each time we walked back in the door of the hotel. Aircon, soft music and the girls in reception asking how our day was going... 🙏❤️ Perfect accomodation, highly recommend...

The Staff are amazing. Alessia and Ylenia were so helpful and always there to make any recommendations or arrangements we needed. I also want to say that the lady making our coffee and setting up breakfast every morning was so kind and thoughtful. The staff really are exceptional.

The shower has only a half wall and no shelf to put shampoo etc. so the bathroom gets very wet. Which is why the wall next to the shower has mold. This is a poor design concept on the Architects part. This was our only concern.

It was a good location, but the room was less comfortable; the staff at reception was also wery nice and helpful.

The place didn't quite live up to the photos online. The pool was smaller than expected, and the poolside bar wasn't always staffed. The breakfast package was a bit disappointing. It offered more than just cookies, but the pastries weren't particularly good. The use of single-use plastic cups for breakfast also seemed unnecessary. The shower unfortunately had a persistent leak, and there weren't enough towels to clean up the water. The room also could have benefited from better lighting and more storage space.

This place was a safe haven after we had a horrible experience with another accommodation. Our hosts Giulia and Pamela were super helpful and made us feel right at home. They also gave as useful tips around the city and were always quick to answer any requests. The hotel was a church back in the day and the architecture and the design of the hotel is truly beautiful. We really enjoyed the Sicilian style breakfast where we could try out local delights.

Good location, great interior design and decoration, very friendly staff. I felt so welcome as a solotraveler, i moved here from another hotel and asked to see the rooms before booking. Very nice rooftop, with a great view. Attention to detail with smart tv with netflix, i enjoyed being able to continue my tv series from home;))

I only have minor suggestions. The breakfast was not always fully stocked, and not enough plates ready. But all in all, a perfect stay
