This was a very nice modern apartment/hotel. The breakfast served on the rooftop patio was simply presented but excellent. We stayed at Azzoli for 3 nights leading up to Easter and despite all of the city celebrations on Good Friday, our apartment (located on a very quiet, narrow street) was very quiet. We had to park our car at Parking Le Saline which was about a mile away. This was not very convenient for day trips by car, so we did not go back to our car until our final departure. But the reception staff arranged for a free shuttle for us back to the hotel once we dropped off our car, and we used the shuttle service to pick up the car at the end of our stay. Parking was charged at 7 euro per day.

We had an amazing stay at Azzoli Trapani! The staff were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful — modern, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the rooftop pool and lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh options. The location is fantastic too, just a short walk from the old town and the port. Everything about our stay was perfect — we would definitely stay here again! Fabulous place, excellent location. A little piece of luxury in a laid back, easy going town. Staff were truly exceptional and made it their business to make sure we had everything we needed, from restaurant recommendations, to nail salons. After a very warm walk around the town, it felt like bliss each time we walked back in the door of the hotel. Aircon, soft music and the girls in reception asking how our day was going... 🙏❤️ Perfect accomodation, highly recommend...

It was a good location, but the room was less comfortable; the staff at reception was also wery nice and helpful.

The place didn't quite live up to the photos online. The pool was smaller than expected, and the poolside bar wasn't always staffed. The breakfast package was a bit disappointing. It offered more than just cookies, but the pastries weren't particularly good. The use of single-use plastic cups for breakfast also seemed unnecessary. The shower unfortunately had a persistent leak, and there weren't enough towels to clean up the water. The room also could have benefited from better lighting and more storage space.

This place was a safe haven after we had a horrible experience with another accommodation. Our hosts Giulia and Pamela were super helpful and made us feel right at home. They also gave as useful tips around the city and were always quick to answer any requests. The hotel was a church back in the day and the architecture and the design of the hotel is truly beautiful. We really enjoyed the Sicilian style breakfast where we could try out local delights.

Good location, great interior design and decoration, very friendly staff. I felt so welcome as a solotraveler, i moved here from another hotel and asked to see the rooms before booking. Very nice rooftop, with a great view. Attention to detail with smart tv with netflix, i enjoyed being able to continue my tv series from home;))

I only have minor suggestions. The breakfast was not always fully stocked, and not enough plates ready. But all in all, a perfect stay

Stylish, character, luxury apartments with great hospitality and service. I loved it. Some reviewers’ remarks might reflect a lack of awareness of southern European business hours (e.g. shops and the receptions of boutique hotels like this close in the midday heat and reopen mid-afternoon, staying open until evening, etc.) Reception staff came out to specially for us (we arrived at 14:00) and stayed in touch by WhatsApp, also using English (well). We were helped with all our questions about travel, facilities, etc. in a very friendly and natural way. The room was kept really clean. Breakfast on the roof was lovely. It’s a slightly southern European accented breakfast (more sweet pastries, less eggs) but when my husband asked for milk to have with cereal in the morning instead of yoghurt he was always welcome to some milk. (I think you can’t leave milk out at breakfast when it’s already 29oC at 8-9 am.). I would love to go again.

There’s one window that doesn’t open to the outside in the usual way, but how often do you stay in a converted church with an atrium / 4-5 floors of glass hallways and a pool with a sea view on the roof? Worth it.

The stuff was very good. I was welcomed by Mrs Chiara who made on me a great impression. She is incredibly attractive and also very smart. Days before I arrived at the property she contacted me asking about the time of arrival. When I arrived I rang the number and she gave me the room well ahead of time. I was prepared to leave my staff at the reception but surprisingly the room was ready. Not only Chiara but all the staff is kind, they speak a good English and are very helpful. They met my need, I like to cook in the room to experience the city as a person living there and they provided me the oil I needed for cooking and also they told me where to buy salt.

I understand that few people like to cook their own food buying ingredients in the city, and perhaps this is the reason why wooden spoons and forks are missing, also the washing up liquid and the coffee machine is missing too. The shower is a big problem in my room (205). You cannot close the door (see the picture) and therefore when you have shower, the water floods and fills the entire floor. If you call reception they come and take care of the situation but if you stay there for many days this thing might affect you (especially if you are a person who likes order and neatness).

Loved our stay at Azzoli, the staff were superb from start to finish. Very nice pool and lounge area on the rooftop. Hotel is in great location to all bars restaurants beach etc. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily by the friendly staff… If we come back we will visit again!
