The location is in perfect walking distance from so much in Trapani! Keeping in touch with the person who was going to meet us at the property to check us in was extremely easy. We didn’t arrive until almost 9:00pm and he was there to take care of us.

The parking situation was a little confusing. You have to park at a lot that’s about a 7-10 minute drive away from the B&B. They did have a shuttle that brought you to the location, and when checking out you had to what’s app a number and go to a bus stop for the shuttle to pick you up. This was somewhat confusing, but since this property is essentially city center there’s no parking actually at the B&B.

Very spacious apartment - i had a room upgrade and had the biggest in the building. I had 3 balconies, unfortunately I did not use them, because of the mosquitos in the evening and street works (repairs) during the day (when the balconies are closed, the apartment is very dark though The biggest plus was shuttle from.the airport was included in the price of the stay -organisation of the driver and driver himself were perfect -ver nice restaurant for dinner just outside of the apartment behind the corner :) -Polite owner - just 30seconds by walk from the main street

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The location was perfect for my needs.

Primary reason for booking with them was so I could catch up on laundry. They did advertise washer machine. Available. They did have one washing machine which was used by staff for washing the bedding & towels. No dryer. I ended up going to laundromat. Bed could have been more comfortable.

Very central, very close to the end stop for the bus to/from Palermo, to the port and to the cathedral. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and quiet. There was information about things to see and do in Trapani.

There were very many steep steps to my apartment, and no elevator. With my heavy suitcase (not easy to pack for three weeks in April!) it was heavy on the way up, and a bit scary on the way down. Although I had told them in advance my time of arrival they kept sending me several questions about this in the days prior to my arrival, which was a bit irritating. Welcome was ok, but not in the warm way I am used to in Sicily.

From the photos I didn't understand that the door from the room are actually right on the main street, that felt a bit weird. But i stayed there one night solo, and it was really just for sleeping there. For that it was comfortable, and the location was great.

I could leave my luggage after the check out, which I appreciate! It is very clean, and very close to the port where you can get the ferry!

My room was on the ground floor, just next to the restaurant so it gets very loud, until it closes (around midnight) and on the weekends. It is still doable, but just FYI in case you go to sleep earlier like myself.

The location close both to the old town and port where we took buses for our excursions. Good air conditioning and a very quiet room.

We stayed at 3d floor and there are a pretty tough staircase up there. No lift which we missed when we wanted a room high up☹️

Free access to the room and a spacious terrace. The terrace is equipped with a seating set, including deckchairs. Very good location - close to the main street, the port and bus stops.

The only difficulty is bringing luggage to this level. Maybe it's worth thinking about a small lift for luggage as in B&B Il Vecchio Messina

Close to main places in the city center

My room was on ground floor just next to a restaurant, so it was noisy until very late hours. After the operation they had to clean it, so hard to have a good night sleep.

Good location, clean room and washing machine available.

There was no shower gel. Returned in the evening, I was disappointed that after cleaning the apartment, the entry door was left open.
