This was our second visit, and it wont be our last. The location is perfect for everything that you may need with the property being located in the centre close to all the shops and restaurants, and its only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served and only a few minutes walk from the apartments in a restaurant/café. Excellent service from the lady but the menu is a little limited and the coffee is too die for.

Nothing that we didn't like but please remember you are located in the heart of Trapani and noise can go on until after midnight.

Absolutely beautiful building! Really clean and a brilliant sized apartment. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. I liked that we were left a bottle of water in the fridge! The breakfast was in a little cafe and was lovely, with really nice staff there too. The location is perfect, it’s about a 10 minute walk to the port and the bus stop, with buses that go all over, including the airport. There is also a Tourist Information centre around the corner, which provided me with a bus timetable and map. The beach is just a quick walk across the road! And is a perfect beach for children.

The only thing is that there isn’t a lift, so I needed to carry my heavy luggage up quite a few flights of stairs.

Hi our appartment was self catering, it was in a great location on one of the best streets, the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Air conditioning and Wi Fi were very good. The appartment was cleaned once a week with new towels and bedsheets. Coach transport links were really good to see sites and to visit Palermo. The local restaurants and cafe's were lovely. Interesting food lots of delicious fish dishes, wonderful Aranccinis and Marsala wine

Trapani is a great town and Palazzo Ossuna is in just the right spot to explore it. The room/apartment was fantastic and in a beautiful building. The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful, lending us brollies when it chucked it down with rain.

As with Sicily in general it seems, parking can be an issue. We parked about five minutes walk away, near the ferry and downloaded a parking app. Check the signs to see what day the road sweepers come or you may find your car towed away!

Spacious apartment in quiet but very central part of Trapani. Very clean and all mod cons. We were on 1st floor overlooking street and we slept v well. We booked at very last minute & we were helpfully given directions to free parking nearby. Breakfast is a few doors up and perfect. So close to the beach - 2 minute walk from Ossuna.

The room is enormous. Comfortable and very clean. The staff was more than friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations about everything we needed. The location couldn’t be more convenient, exactly at the beginning of the historic city center.

Booking.com definitely needs to remove the tag “parking” from this place. THERE IS NO PARKING, whatsoever! They recommend a couple of places hundreds of meters away, on the streets, one of them free of charge (if you, by miracle, find a vacant spot and also if it’s not the day the street is cleaned, when they tow your car away and you have to pay a “nice” penalty to get it back). The city traffic is chaotic and it is really, really hard to park.

Palazzo Ossuna: Excellent communication on booking.com. Domenico, Fulvia & Valentina answered all of my questions quickly and booked all of our lunch & dinner reservations in the region during our stay! They also stayed on top of our reservations & reminded us. They were fantastic online & in person!!! We booked an airport shuttle through the stay which was through the Trapani Tourism board. 30€ each way to have a private transfer to & from the stay’s front door. Both drivers were prompt on time, professional & the cars were very clean. The hotel is just at the end of the Main pedestrian Street with restaurants so perfectly located. We stayed on the top floor suite with rooftop patio in June. Six flights of stairs to the top! The air conditioning works great as we only ran it while in the room. The bed was super comfortable along with the pillows. There is a large closet cabinet to organize your clothing. An electrical 3 prong outlet on either side of the bed. Black out curtains in the bedroom & living room. The street noise wasn’t so bad but the seagulls are incredibly loud & start very early morning. I recommend ear plugs. The entire apartment was very clean & well appointed for a long stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The fridge had a large welcome bottle of water. The bathroom has one electrical 3 prong outlet next to the sink & another next to the shower. Lighting is sufficient. The shower pressure was a little inconsistent but hot water works & has an instant water heater. We highly recommend Antichi Sapori & A’Nassa for nearby restaurants. In Erice, Domus Blanca- secret garden & Gli Archi di San Carlo-reservation required for an amazing meal in a “secret garden.” Grazie Mille Palazzo Ossuna!

be aware that the top floor suite is 6 flights of stair up. we loved it but it’s a climb especially when it gets hotter than June.

Location was great. Clean and spacious. Staff were very responsive before we arrived with questions and great help while we were there .

The picture shows a kettle . That we needed for baby bottles but when we arrived it wasn’t equipped with one . They gave us an alternative but it took a long time to heat water which meant the baby cried a little bit longer in the night . No lift

Fabulous location. Very spacious apartment. Looked over the Main Street but not noisy. Very lovely staff & so helpful. Valentina carried my bag up 3 levels!

For us the stairs to the bedroom were a little hard. And the air didn’t reach the mezzanine level where the bed is. So hot at night.

we got the suite so great apartment with a big terrace, amazing views and just a great place to hang out even in October when it is not that warm anymore (and it was still quite warm during sun hours at the terrace). The place is central, easy to walk to everything, including beaches and friendly staff.

The floor was not well cleaned and full of sand. Also, the apartment is on the last floor without lift, for us that was fine but it's a little bit of sport.
